Briony did a fantastic job with our puppy, Luna, for her first groom. As first time pup owners we were all very nervous, but she was reassuring. And at the end of it all we had a lovely and calm (and clean!) puppy to take home. We have already booked our next appointment!
I shopped around a few places before settling on Dogwood Grooming to give my 3 month old puppy Marley his first experience of grooming. Briony and the team at Dogwood immediately gave me confidence that Marley was in safe hands and their recognition of the importance of this first time experience showed their professionalism. I booked the 3 part puppy pampering package, which gently acclimatises a puppy to the grooming experience before reaching the stage of a full adult groom. The sessions are about 1hr and after the first session when I collected Marley he looked, smelled and felt amazing. Briony then talked me through how the session went and how Marley coped with this new experience and without having me around. They even took pictures. 10 out of 10 for the Spa & Grooming facilities and team. The Dogwood shop and sales team are also amazing and deserve recognition for their professionalism, product knowledge and for their friendly execution of their duties . ManyThanks Dogwood.

Wow ! What an amazing experience for my 11 week old puppy ! Abi was amazing and I highly recommend she made him look so cute and listened to exactly what we wanted! She is very very talented and we can’t wait to take our Sherlock back to see Abi he look like he had an amazing time. 10/10 5 stars amazing ! If you’re thinking about it definitely go ! 0 stars to the groomer who was working yesterday (Weds 16th) for completely shaving my dog so his skin is showing, despite me asking not to. He has nicks in his skin and has been itching all over since he left. She laughed when I collected him saying ‘your dog looks VERY different’. She was rude, patronising and unprofessional and I will never be taking my dog back there again. Do not use if you don’t want your dog to be shaved!!!
