We moved to Martin & Co from another high street agency because they were charging high fees and gave poor service. Martin & Co were recommended to me by a friend, and the team there have been excellent. We discussed fees and settled on a fair %age for full management, the team have found good tenants, and completed proper referencing each time. The property management team have been excellent, offering sound professional advice on what needs doing and when, and finding trades who charge the right price for good reliable work (and I don't mean cheapest, I'm happy to pay the proper rate for proper professional work). If things continue this way, then I expect to have a long, mutually beneficial relationship with a great team.
Ian and the team have done an exceptional job at managing my property. There are very few issues; but if there are any, they are sorted out quickly and effectively. Tenants are found quickly at the end of each lease and the rent is paid into my account promptly each month.
Nathaniel has been a superstar right from the start, I was moving with my 3 daughters due to a separation and he was extremely sensitive to our situation and answered all my many questions promptly and within just a couple of weeks everything was sorted and I cant thank him enough. The whole process with Martins & co was very professional and so easy. I would highly recommend them.
Have used Martin & Co for several years now, they have been honest, cost effective and communication has been excellent. Being able to pick up the phone and speak anytime really helps. The branch members have remained the same since I have been working with them which is great to see low staff turnover as we have built up a seamless working relationship and they really understand me as a client.
