It’s a 10 min walk from Gloucester Station which is not the most convenient location compared with Fraser Suites Queen’s Gate. However, the helpful and responsive staff, the cleanliness & modern classic style of the room make up for it. The matte finish of the wood floor and prime quality wood furnitures is also a detail I can appreciate, and safe to say the spacious bed and excellent porters made my stay very enjoyable.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. We stayed for one night, we had a concert at the very close Royal Albert Hall. we had a queen room, cosy but ideal for one night. Absolutely spotless room and bathroom. The location is excellent for the Albert Hall, all the museums and shopping in Knightsbridge/Kensington. Friendly and efficient staff, superb buffet breakfast.

Helpful and friendly staff. When we arrived we thought we had booked a street view room however our room was at the back of the hotel. The staff were quick to move us to a street view room. We will definitely be back when we visit again. Lovely hotel and great staff!

The Queen’s Gate Hotel is a lovely place to stay — clean, elegant, and in a perfect location. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The only downside was the maintenance team — they were often loud in the corridor and didn’t seem very friendly. Even when you greeted them, they never smiled back, which felt a bit unprofessional for such a nice hotel. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of good qualities, and I would definitely stay again.

I wanted to give this hotel a fiver star review, the staff were excellent, the beds very comfortable, the rooms well appointed. Dinner was great and breakfast was too. Unfortunately our experience was less than perfect and whilst I appreciate the hotel can't help the behaviour of other guests and I also appreciate that they put us in a quieter room and were sympathetic, the luxury and comfort of our stay was marred by the people in the room next door having what sounded like a private party with loud music and talking. The walls are pretty thin which didn't help. Please don't let this put you off staying, I'm sure we were just unlucky, but when you spend almost £500 on a stay (including meals), you want perfection and we didn't get that on our particular stay

Used this hotel for an overnight in London (B&B + Breakfast) as we were going to a show at the Royal Albert Hall and it's close. I did get it with a deal, but accidentally booked twin instead of double. Because of the price / promotion no changes allowed to the booking once made, but thought I'd email them anyway, and there was no trouble changing it, they were very helpful. The actual stay was great, nice room, quiet, and comfortable bed. The room was quite warm, but unlike a lot of hotels in London which turn off their aircon in the winter, this hotel's worked and we were able to get the room to a temperature we were comfortable with. Slept better here than is my own home. Special thanks to the bar staff, those guys have that intuition where they know what the next question is or when you need something else and are already delivering it before you've asked! Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here twice now in their Executive rooms. We did originally book a standard room the 2nd time but the room has a bath which was really high and had a tiny space to get into it as part of it was hidden behind a wall so we paid extra to upgrade to Executive again. These are lovely spaceous rooms with big walk in showers! Well worth the money. Breakfast is a tasty self-service buffet with fresh squeeze orange juice, full English and continental. So close to the Royal Albert Hall! Definitely stay here is you are seeing something at the Albert Hall. Walking distance to Natural History and Science Museums and Hyde Park

I am just confused how this place is advertised as a 4-star hotel. Set your expectations more to the 2-3 star "holiday inn express" category. The beds feel like army cots. Scuffed and peeling wallpaper everywhere. A few outlets don't work. TVs are dated. I made a very last minute booking so shame on me for procrastinating and rates went sky high everywhere. Still, at nearly $300 for a single night this was more than twice what the room is worth. If you get it for $120 a night go for it - otherwise there are far better options in London with some planning.

My husband and I stayed at The Queen's Gate Hotel this past August for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! It was charming with excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The location was lovely: beautiful, quiet Kensington, right by the park and only an 8 minute walk to the Gloucester Road tube station. Best of all, the price was modest. This hotel is the best bang for your buck in London!

Terrific service and clean room. Nice neighborhood - good pubs and some museums nearby, although a 20 minute tube needed for the bigger tourist attractions. I would definitely come back.
