Great quiet place to stay outside centre of Epsom. Good breakfast availanle and friendly staff. Late arrival after midnigjt is possible. Only issue is the air conditioning is quite noisy. Good location for walking (and view from bedroom window) on Epsom Downs or going to the race course
Location is unbelievable and if you like a walk before bed. This is ideal. Hotel is so friendly all the staff are a treasure. I will be back for a longer stay and a relaxing time.
I'm staying here this evening and wanted to write a review to thank the lovely staff member, who helped me today. I am diabetic and my blood sugar had gone low. I asked for some extra sugar sachets and the lady behind the desk couldn't have been more understanding and kind. The room is also on a quiet floor, which I really appreciate.
Love this hotel. Great location for the area, rooms are very clean and comfortable, welcoming staff in all areas. The breakfast included has lots of choice and include Gluten free options. Free WiFi etc. if an IHG member. Highly recommended, will book again.
Stayed a few times with children and the staff are so polite and top service. Great team and the breakfast staff always so happy and friendly with the children.
Attended two days training here, didn't stay the night unfortunately, employer too tight. Lovely hotel and buffet breakfast is free for guests or £7.95 Which was lovely and very good value. Strangely, they don't serve Lunch or Dinner but plenty of local places to go
Very clean and comfortable stay. Arrived later in the day, had a few drinks in modern bar/lounge area. Hot and cold drinks available. Room was spacious and lovely view of the race course. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast full of everything you could think of,continental and cooked. There was even a near by pub.
Lovely hotel and perfectly placed for the horsey racing. We used it as a base to go to other places which was great for us. Just be aware that some of the roads leading to it are a bit back roady so be careful in your pride and joy. The breakfast was very good with a help yourself buffet so you could get as much full English as you can manage. There's also enough of an option for people with food intolerances and special dietary concerns. Overall a very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a good food option in the morning before you go gallivanting around the local area or if you're just off to lose all your money at the gee gees
