Loved how they preserved the authentic manor vibe. Service was excellent which makes up for the absence of a lift. We really enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very customer care focused Deepak in particular was polite and courteous and very smartly dressed, He had many roles and was always ready on stand by assisting. The hotel also caters for Weddings and various events. Definitely worth a visit
Receptionists were really kind and helpful. Honestly couldn't give them higher praise, they were fab. The room was tidy and the bed was big and comfy. Wasn't as spacious as it looked on the photos, but did the job for sure. Location was a bit problematic. Petrol station right outside and there were road-works going on just at the junction, so no Ubers would pick us up until the next day.
Made use of this hotel in 2023 and 2025. It has a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed. Both times we stayed in the same room (403). Rooms and hotel are good value for money. We only made use of the breakfast buffet which was good, complete and best scrambled eggs by far. The staff is very helpful. The bar area is beautiful. This time we experienced some strugless upon arrival with accepting foreign bank cards (Maestro), had to go to ATM to withdraw cash to complete payment. For our stopover this a very good hotel with most important comfy beds. Nice restaurants are nearby or you can dine in as well. Highly recommended! Will return again.
Such poor customer service booked a room had confirmation letter that we could cancel with full payment retuned. Sadly due to family death had to cancel the room and they would not refund the monies, they were rude very unhelpful and I would highly recommend you do not book with this hotel
Absolutely beautiful hotel, had afternoon tea, 3 course dinner, watched a George Michael tribute then breakfast in the morning. All the food was amazing, staff were very friendly and always helpful Cannot wait to return
We were looked after fantastically well by Janus in the restaurant at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way from the moment we walked into the restaurant to when we left. Thank you Janus, your thoughtfulness and politeness made such a difference and set us up for the day
We were married at Reigate Manor last year during covid restrictions and visited again recently for our first anniversary. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely and the staff so attentive. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and very good food.
Lovely hotel , friendly staff Inc helpful young lady on reception. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of. Evening meal was good. Plenty of parking spaces, only a few minutes to the M25 It's a bit noisy as the hotel is on the main road.
