I'm a local taxi driver and went to pick up a hotel customer for a 5 a.m. reservation. I reached the hotel after receiving my job and picked up their customer. They sent me a PCN for £120, which is reduced to £60 if I pay within 14 days. I appealed with all relevant details and proof that I'm taxi driver even I send all the job details aswell. After few days they didn't accept my appeal and they want me to pay reduced price of £20. This hotel is a real joke. Even their hotel parking, which is looked after by a third party, is your responsibility in this kind of situation. I understand the quality of your hotel and service from my ticket. Hope you don't do this to another person.

The room was clean but would have needed esthetic repairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable and badly worn. The Wi-fi didn't work in our part of the hotel wing. Not a very good professional atmosphere.

Bad service by some members, some of the receptionist don't know what they're doing, they don't know how to check guests in, or charge money properly without drama. Beware if you pay for late checkout, as even when you do, they still come knocking on your door to kick you out the place. Rooms are quite grubby, there seems to be something different wrong in each of the rooms we've stayed in (no towels, no shower gel, bathroom door doesn't close, waste pipe leaking, noisy guests, music blasting from the restaurant, restaurant menu is in Romanian and no English at all. Poor service and management overall. Ultimately it was the poor service that has caused us not to return to this place.

Single room. Was basic which is fine. Could not turn bathroom light off. Not much of a drama as closed door but light still shone in. Exposed light switch which you could operate. Party down stairs which is fine. But the music was banging until around 1pm. Be good to consider other guests.

Stayed there in Feb 2025. Very low quality hotel. Everything is of low quality. Bed's are very uncomfortable, carpets look and feel disgusting. Smells. Everything is old and dirty. Also, got a parking fine despite putting my car reg in the ipad at reception. I asked the hotel for help get their parking company to cancel the fine as i was a legitimate guest but they refused. Got so much stress from these fraudsters that I ended up paying the fine to make it go away. Don't be duped by the hotel replying to the review's pretending to care. Only if they put the same amount of effort to running their hotel. Avoid.

Silvia was so accommodating to our needs and even after my request via telephone call in the morning, she followed up to check how far we were from the property. Very warm welcoming, clean rooms and a very comfy bed. Thank you so much

Service could be improved through communication especially for patrons staying longer. Pamphlets of information or info from the front desk. Find out whether patrons would like breakfast or not. Then make a plan.

Tried to charge me for the room after it had already been paid for, middle of a heatwave and what seemed like a 30 tog duvet, no hot water in the shower, air con very poor, when i complained about no hot what the bloke just said yeah! Not impressed and will not stay again

I stayed here on a work trip. Single room. The first room i got was directly above a very loud party that wasn't going to slow down until at least 01:00. The second room i got was quieter. However when i got up for a shower, there's nothing on the taps to distinguish hot or cold. So i turned one on.... cold.... brushed my teeth.... turned on the other tap for a shave.... oh that's actually colder! The shower was totally useless unless its 30° outside and you want a cold shower! The bed was so soft, not good if you have a bad back.

Good hotel for what we needed rooms were really big and had a balcony which was good. Air con didn't really do much on hot nights but staff sound. Shower not brill but parking really good. Good stay all in all thank you
