I was on a family visit and I really liked my 2 week + stay. The recent review by Mr O B is just rubbish (mate, its a Travelodge, not the Hilton). The room was big, clean and provided all I needed, even though a small fridge would have been nice. Its in a central location, next to a Sainsbury's and plenty of other (fast) food and restaurant options as well as the train station nearby. The breakfast for 10.75 is a bargain. I think I will be back.

Pretty poor even for a basic travelodge. Car park is very difficult to find and you certainly aren’t left with much confidence that your vehicle is safe. Reception is then on the 5th floor which is very odd. Rooms are beyond basic, very small and could even be considered unfurnished with how little is actually in them. TV doesn’t work on any channel other than BBC. Food options very limited, which does also explain why it seemed to empty all the time. On the final night I was kept awake all night by works going on beneath the rooms. Drilling, hammering and sawing all night. Contacted the guy at reception and just hit with the usual “nothing we can do about it” and apparently they didn’t even bother to tell guests works were going. Definitely won’t be staying again and cancelling the upcoming bookings.

Great Travelodge, budget rooms with everything we needed after a later arrival at Gatwick airport. Room was quiet, clean and tidy. Very secure entry and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great budget holiday right in the town centre and next door to a large Sainsbury with a Costa cafe. Room was big, clean and comfortable. We booked a room for 3 adults and had 3 beds - 2 singles and a double.

I was in room 501 for some reason I was given the accessible room even though I didn't need it. Room was clean, but very very basic and incredibly hot, even though it was only 21/22 c outside the inside temperature of the room was 26c so made for a very poor nights sleep even with a fan. Bed wasn't comfy (2 single beds pushed together) and road outside is busy and barely any hot water for a shower is just not good enough. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but would I stay again? Absolutely not.

Just having the Travelodge Breakfast for my birthday. Pavla is excellent here. She does everything with a positive energy and a great attentiveness to detail and duty. She is a real asset to this business and Redhill. Breakfast is very good here and buffet style. 2 all you can eat Breakfasts. £17.98

Rooms are small, family rooms are normal size rooms in other hotels. There is no room service you have to clean and do the bed yourself. The breakfast is good enough and the location is centric. I use it because there are no more options around to be honest.

The hotel is perfectly situated. We used it as a base to get into London as it is only 30 minutes on the train and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The room was clean and tidy and was perfect for the couple of nights we were there for. The breakfast was good.

A very good hotel. I stayed 4 nights and found the experience very enjoyable. The Staff were excellent as was the service they supplied. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was among the best I have found. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

I stayed for a business trip and found the rooms really accommodating and comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights and slept really well. There are three usual services in the room like kettle, tea bags and coffee. There were extra pillows of required abs the quilt was really warm. The shower was better than expected with the supplied shower wash smelling pretty good. I would definitely stay again.
