   We had a great stay at this house in London. Family of 4, we stayed 6 nights. The place was very nice and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The living room is comfortable, with a spacious sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There are two bedrooms with large wardrobes, which made the stay very practical and comfortable. The location is excellent: very close to the city center and well connected with multiple metro lines, so you can easily reach pretty much anywhere in London. There’s also a large Sainsbury’s just a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient. While Whitechapel isn’t the prettiest area, we never felt unsafe and didn’t experience anything unpleasant during our stay. We had a small issue with the water heating system, but the host was very responsive and fixed it quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay with an excellent location and a helpful host. Highly recommended.

   This was a delightful, clean and spacious studio flat. Spotlessly clean and super-convenient for distict, northern and national rail lines. and all super markets. Wimbledon High Street is probably one of the best high streets you can have. Parking was easy, as was pick up and drop-off of keys. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. And the TV and Wifi worked well! Very well equipped kitchen.

   The place is amazing. I think this is the best ever AirBNB you can get in London. Great views from the terrace, safe and quiet surroundings, close to shops and few minutes walk to the bus stop and train station. Very comfortable two big rooms and super spacious receiving dining/kitchen area. Cleanest of all the airbnb out there. This is everything you can ask for an Airbnb especially for a family of five. The host is quick to respond with our queries and very considerate. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book here again and again!

   I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.

   Great flat in a lovely street. The flat is beautifully decorated and has every amenity, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, and bedroom. 5 minutes walk to the tube. Would definitely recommend, warm, and welcoming.

   It’s such a pity about the management of the GuestReady flat I rented through Airbnb in Westminster. The flat was provided to me unhygienic, it is damaged (including water damage) and it smells. SEE PICTURES: expired food (some since 2018), NOTHING WAS CLEAN it was filthy, rubbish everywhere in all cupboards including smelly clothes from past tenants and some rubbish was wet from the kitchen leak... The leak in the kitchen was reported before I moved in but I was not informed about it, I discovered the leak days after moving in. Due to the leak I had to use a local laundrette at my own expense and wash the dishes in the shower. Additionally, issues were reported in past reviews so before agreeing to rent I questioned 4 specific issues, I was informed "All issues have been sorted" but unfortunately I experienced the same reported issues after moving in. It took hours over weeks to deep clean everything! I spent one week in hospital with a severe bacterial infection and I was concerned about the flat's condition, specially after the toilet leak, so I requested a bacterial test to be completed, this was not yet completed by GuestReady. The water tank and drains in the bathroom continue to smell, I could not improve this. The underfloor heating is not working (for years) even though the instructions are still part of the house manual. The communication I received from the GuestReady team and other sources did not always match. The location is amazing, the flat is big and the neighbours are sweet but the flat needs repair and hygiene seriously needs to maintained! I am sad for future tenants if the issues are not resolved.

   Rested in these apartments for 2 days, everything is great!!! Interior, cleanliness of the premises, geographical location, constant feedback from the management company. Worth every penny spent. As my wife said: "only olive oil was missing)))"

   Great and big apartment, very equipped and cozy to stay. Very good and convenient location. I really recommend this flat. One issue with the check in process that they gave me the wrong key and it delayed our entry to the flat and we were needed to go back 10 min walk to replace the key.
