   Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.

   Royal Lancaster London is easily one of the best hotels in London. The location is outstanding, right next to Hyde Park and very close to public transport, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job, and the overall hygiene standards are excellent. The staff are professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and respectful. A big plus is that the hotel provides a bidet spray (shattaf), which is rare in London and very appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location in London.

   Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay even more special. The buffet breakfast truly amazed me — an excellent variety, beautifully presented, and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. I stayed in an executive room, which had the most stunning view and a gorgeous bathroom. The bathtub was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Hyde Park, with Oxford Street only about 20 minutes away on foot. It’s ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying London at its best. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and an excellent location.    Simply perfection – the best service I have ever experienced! We recently stayed at the Royal Lancaster and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely brilliant; having the Tube station directly underneath the hotel made getting around London effortless, and it is just a short walk to Paddington Station. Having Hyde Park right on the doorstep was also a lovely bonus. The hotel itself is spotless. Our room was modern, beautifully furnished, and perfectly clean. I was also very pleased to see the hotel’s genuine commitment to sustainability, which is a nice touch. However, the real highlights set this hotel apart. Firstly, the breakfast offering was incredibly good—easily one of the best I’ve had. But above all, the service was quite simply the best I have ever seen. The entire team is consistently friendly, helpful, and completely genuine—nothing felt forced or scripted. We felt at home from the very first minute. A massive recommendation for anyone visiting London. We will definitely be back!

   I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent. Although the room was not very spacious, it was comfortable and well designed, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The highlight for me was the beautiful view from the window, which made the room feel cozy and relaxing. The location is unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to Hyde Park, and both Lancaster Station and the nearby bus stops are within minutes, making it easy to get around London. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, and easy access to the city.

   This hotel is a treat to stay in and I highly recommend. We stayed 3 nights and loved being right next to Hyde Park. We were able to take a stroll through a different section of the park every morning because of the proximity. The details of the rooms feel like luxury (floor lighting, automated window shades, heated towel racks). Had scones and clotted cream our last day in the hotel cafe--a great way to end our 2 week adventure. Will definitely stay again.

   The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!

   What an incredible hotel. My wife and I stayed there and from the moment we stepped through the door, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely with a fabulous view, and the ambience of the entire building is serenely calming. We ate at the Thai restaurant and the food and service was exquisite. The breakfast was fantastic in the morning, and I asked for an item that wasn't in the buffet - it was brought to our table within minutes. This is a wonderful hotel, that I cannot recommend highly enough.

   This Hotel is exceptional. Great location and I greatly appreciated the green space of Hyde Park to look at from my room and to walk through. From the effortlessly friendly greeting at the front desk, to all the little touches such as the beautiful smell of the hotel, which matched the lovely scented bathroom amenities and the well thought out room. There are lots of little special touches I noticed… I had lots to compare this Hotel to after traveling for 5 weeks in LA, Paris and then London. Congratulations to the team at this Hotel. I would definitely return here next time I return.

   I didn't stay here but I stopped by for Afternoon tea and it was lovely! Great service from Clara and Asia, the options were flexible because of a dietary restriction I have, and the food was all delicious. The hanging tea trays are beautiful. The hotel is right by Hyde Park so it's perfect for stopping in before/after a walk in the park. I booked online ahead of time and found the online booking system very convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend!
