   We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation for the holidays on the Bankside hotels! The rooms are big and well decorated, the food on the hotel restaurant (on only had dinner) is not cheap but well made and the service we got the front desk was always positive and welcoming. Although you would have to walk a bit for the main tourist attractions on the other side on the river, we felt the value for money on this hotel is much better then other hotels we tried with old and dusty rooms - here, everything feels brand new. All in all, it's a great hotel if you are willing to walk a bit, the rooms are big, the service is great and there are plenty of things to do in the 20 min' walk radius.

   Stayed at numerous 5 star hotels in London over the years. Bankside frankly surpasses them all by a distance. From the moment we walked in the staff were outstanding.This continued for the duration of our stay. Ate in the restaurant and food was delicious. Will be revisiting again early in the New Year. But please don’t take my word for it….book a stay!!

   We could not have picked a better hotel to stay at! Starting off with the staff - everyone is so kind and welcoming. This was our first visit to London, and the concierge staff helped us with directions every time we wanted to head somewhere new. We were greeted with champagne upon arrival, and then we were brought champagne and cake to our room! It was such a nice touch since we were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciate the Nespresso in the room to make hot tea every day. The water station in the hallway was an awesome feature to help us stay hydrated. I also loved the robe and slippers in our room to feel extra cozy. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was calm and quiet and we felt very safe in there at all times. The location being near the Blackfriars tube station was incredibly convenient for all of our travels. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. We enjoyed the variety of English breakfast foods, the fresh orange juice, and a cappuccino every morning. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Bankside Hotel I recently visited Bankside Hotel to explore the possibility of hiring their event space, and although we ultimately decided not to proceed for reasons unrelated to the hotel itself, I felt it was important to share how exceptional the venue and team truly are. From the moment I walked in, the hotel left a strong impression. The space is stunning, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtfully curated artwork and displays that give it a creative, modern, and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that great care goes into every detail of the environment. A special mention must go to Brianna from the Events team, who was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. From our initial email exchanges, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly supportive, helping us explore options that aligned with our budget and event needs. Upon visiting the venue, she was warm, welcoming, open, and genuinely kind — a pleasure to meet and work with. Her dedication, attitude, and customer-focused approach make her a real credit to the company. Although we chose a different route for reasons specific to our own internal planning, I would highly recommend Bankside Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality venue with exceptional service. It’s a beautiful space supported by an outstanding team.

   There’s a reason this hotel is so highly rated, everything was top notch! The rooms were upscale and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. They were comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. I loved the automatic shades and the in-room espresso bar. The lobby was extraordinary. It was comfortable yet high-end and the food and service felt more like an upscale café than a typical hotel restaurant. It was the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and also working on the road. The location couldn’t have been better with easy access to all the top spots in London. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

   Loved our stay at the Bankside! The hotel is fun, well styled and very comfortable with a gorgeous breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary hospitality. Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. Her “the sky’s the limit” approach to anticipating and meeting our needs resulted in a fantastic stay, including booking in room massages for us. We look forward to returning to the Bankside!

   The service at this fun and artsy hotel is phenomenal. All the staff at the Bankside Autograph went above and beyond to help make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and we'll designed. Breakfast and dinner at their restaurant were amazing. A special thanks to Richard, Eduardo and Raquel for their warm hospitality. We will definitely return for our next visit to London. The location is also very convenient - it was about a 15-minute walk to St Paul's, 8-minute walk to the Globe, 5-minute walk to the Tate Modern and a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London. Also very close to the Borough Market and a nice pathway along the river.
