   Let’s start with the positives is was a good location! I paid for 2 rooms at an advanced rate with add ons of breakfasts for 2 mornings. They said whilst booking there was valet parking for £55. At check-in they asked for £300 despots per room, which I paid happily. They didn’t mention anything about valet parking fees of £85 per day. We checked in at 3pm and 1 of our rooms wasn’t ready so we went into one of the rooms. When we got into the room there was dirty knickers on the floor and the hoist wasn’t in the room. So we had to wait about 45mins for sort it out. The windows were dirty not what you expected from a 5* hotel. When it came to check out they charged me for breakfasts, a number of service charges and 2 charges of £85 for valet parking. I queried this at check out and they said the duty manager would take a look, they then removed the extra charges. 2 hours later I was informed by email that all the charges for breakfasts and valet parking still stands and I actually owe more money which they will be charging my card on the system. So I would not be returning to this robbing hotel they take your money charge you double on food put in extras add loads of service charges too. I was so excited about this hotel because of its inclusivity with having facilities for the disabled like tracking hoists and changing places toilet. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

   My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the attentive service—made me feel valued and well cared for. The room service was incredible and the dressing gown was super soft and comfy compared to the usual hardware material ones you'd usually find in hotels. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a relaxing and memorable. A big thank you also Surart on reception and Lixin in the booking team. I look forward to returning soon.

   Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner

   I had a beautiful one night stay at Pan Pacific London as a birthday treat, and the experience was lovely! The service was great. The staff were helpful, and they even gave me a birthday treat! They also generously extended my time for a later check-out, which was a huge bonus as I had friends come by. I stayed in a standard deluxe room which had calming decor, and good use of space with small touches that created a nice ambience. I made use of the spa, using the sauna, steam room, and pool, as well as the 24h gym, which weren't too busy. While I didn't go to the cocktail bar, the Straits Kitchen restaurant was lovely. The price point is what I would expect for a 5-star hotel centrally located, so if you're on a budget I recommend booking in advance or joining the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY membership. However, I felt it was value for money, especially as a last-minute treat. My highlight was the infinity pool, and having such a tranquil and calm experience in the heart of London.

   Amazing top luxury hotel in the heart of business district central London. Staff were great providing anything we needed it over our wonderful stay. Bedroom had a large super comfortable double bed with stunning views overlooking the Gherkin tower. Breakfast menu was delicious. The overall hotel vibe was calm, beautiful and peaceful. Interior design was stunning providing confort in any single corner of the entire building. Definitely my favorite choice in London for a break weekend out.

   27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!

   Lovely experience at the hotel. Would come back again, and looking to book my next stay. My room and well the entire hotel (lobby, wellness center, restaurants, etc) were beautifully furnished and super clean. Agreed with other guests that their beds are super comfy. Definitely recommend high tea at the Orchid Lounge and spa treatment at the wellness center if you have time. However, it is their service and hospitality that really stood out and was beyond amazing. I wish every hotel had their level of service.

   What a wonderful hotel! Everything was to the point. The attention to detail by the staff was remarkable. The bar offered a wonderful selection of drinks and the bartender was so nice and professional! She recommended us the perfect drinks just by asking son questions. Amazing! The rooms have the perfect mix of great design and functionality. THE BED is an experience I will never forget. Never slept better before! All in all, fantastic! Thank you! We will definitely come back.

   The Pan Pacific is the newest hotel in London, if I'm not mistaken. The bathtub is too small, but everything else is perfect. The Orchid Lounge afternoon tea, Strait's Kitchen set meal and buffet breakfast as well as the in-room dining are all exceptional. I know staying here might be out of many people's budget, but please go check out the food here as it very reasonable for London and absolutely delicious. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting during my 2 night's stay were delightful and if I had any issues during my stay I politely highlight them. The hotel was very receptive to my feedback and did everything they could to provide 5* service. They expect teething problems as they are relatively new and rely on honest feedback to constantly improve and maintain a high standard of service. Thank you for making my birthday wonderful! The best solo stay for me so far anyway. Would I recommend it? 100% Yes
