I had visited several catteries before and left each one with my heart in the back of my throat - until I found Emma's. This was the first place I left where I had no second doubts or worries whatsoever. When I first started my search, Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel was actually the first link I clicked on as it ticked all of my boxes perfectly. I was gutted to hear they were completely full - apparently people book a year in advance! This had been a last-minute plan due to my brother's upcoming bone marrow transplant, so I didn't have that luxury of time. I had looked all over Bucks and couldn't find a cattery or cat sitter that I felt comfortable leaving Zummy with, as he is my everything. Then I found Emma's, and what a relief that was! The building looked secure, warm, and spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease. Emma was incredibly reassuring, especially knowing that my Zummy had never been left in a cattery before. He's an indoor cat who's used to having humans always in the house, so this was a big step for both of us. What really impressed me was Emma's flexibility and understanding. She allowed me to leave my water fountain with him, and when I mentioned about leaving a light on (as he doesn't like total blackout), and accommodated to his routine. To be fair she was completely accommodating. We'd never left him before as we've never gone on holiday, but we were doing a respite/Make-A-Wish type visit, and Emma understood how important this was for our family. Throughout our time away, Emma was always on the other end of a WhatsApp message on a daily basis, sending updates and photos. This constant communication was such a comfort and showed how much she genuinely cares about both the cats and their families. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emma's cattery to anyone. When we returned, Zummy came back very happy to see me, clearly well-cared for and content. That says everything about the quality of care Emma provides. If your reading this, and Emma does have space, book immediately! Thank you, Emma, for giving us peace of mind and taking such wonderful care of our precious boy!

I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!

Millie had a wonderful stay at Longcroft recently! She was so well looked after by Emma and her team. She was very happy despite being generally shy. She also came home with lots of treats. We would be very happy for Millie to stay at Longcroft again .

The owner was very rude, and when I asked if I can come and see the cattery and talk about my cat staying there Emma the owner said she doesn’t have time to show me around! I would NEVER leave my cat with someone who doesn’t even want to know what cat is it and what his character and behaviour is. She just expected me to drop the cat and go. I never heat someone so unprofessional, not interested in the cat and rude. Two cat hotel which I’m using now, both owners came to my home to meet the cat at my home! They wanted to know all about the cat and his needs!

This was the first time Marley, our rescue cat, stayed in Longcroft and we can't recomend Jenny enough. Marley is very shy cat and scared of new pople, places & noises. Based on our past experiencies with other catteries we expected Marley to be stressed when we picked him up but we were so happy and pleasantly surprised to find him happy and relaxed in his lovely room. Jenny did great job with him and made him feel safe and relaxed. She is wonderful lady, who understands cats need. She also sent us regular updates in form of photos and videos so we could also relaxed knowing that Marley is happy and safe. Also place is spotless and set in beautiful quiet garden where cats could watch birds and squirrels. Lovely place and lovely lady, who will go above and beyond to give outstanding service. This was the first time that Poppy, our shy 1 year old cat had stayed away from us, so we wondered how she would react. We are so happy that we found Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel in Winchmore Hill as the facilities are excellent, the suites are spotlessly clean with cosy & private sleeping areas, and they are in a delightful and secure setting. Poppy stayed in the 'Poppy Suite' which was a nice touch from Emma, who clearly loves and cares for the cats staying in her hotel, and she helped Poppy gain confidence. It was comforting to receive photos & messages about how Poppy was getting on while we were away. Also a lovely surprise to receive a goody bag of snacks & toys when we collected Poppy, thank you Emma. We definitely recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel in Winchmore Hill.

This was the 2nd stay for our beautiful cat at Longcroft Winchmore Hill. As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...

This was Freddie’s second stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel but his first at Winchmore Hill. He loved it! He loved all the fuss and attention Emma gave him and we loved all the updates we received. The postcard was such a lovely touch.

Our cat, Monty, clearly had a wonderful at Longcroft! When we brought him home we found that he had gained in self-confidence (he is a shy 2 year old) and was very affectionate and talkative! His coat was immaculate after a Spa grooming treatment too!! Thank you, Emma, for such excellent care and we will be booking again very soon.
