We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The team was excellent and took great care of everything, always attentive and helpful. There was a situation regarding a room change due to noise, and the team did everything possible to ensure we had a comfortable stay and could sleep well at night. Our recommendation would be to book one of the loft rooms with a balcony. A big thank you once again to the entire team for the outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back.

I first stayed at a Ruby hotel in Munich and loved it. So of course I had to stay at the one in London. I love boutique hotels and these don’t disappoint. The ambiance is warm and cozy but also modern and eclectic. The service is fantastic. Everyone is so warm and helpful. Specifically here in London, Melody and Aki took the time to answer a bunch of questions and assure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend staying here!

For the reasonable price, this hotel completely exceeded expectations. From the moment we checked in, we knew this would be a great stay. Everyone working here is very friendly and make you feel valued. Use of space is very clever! Location is perfect- right around the corner from Waterloo station. Food and drinks were excellent. They are also environmentally conscious and the food is healthy. This will be our new " go to" in London!

My stay at the Ruby Lucy Hotel in London was really good. Not just because of the very nice and clean rooms and central location but especially because of the outstanding service. A special thank you goes to the morning team: Su, Chiara, and Gustavo. It's was so nice how warm, friendly, and attentive they are with the guests. From the very first interaction in the morning, I felt right at home. They are not just professional but genuinely kind, always with a smile and really like their jobs and are a great team.

We had a brilliant stay at the Ruby Lucy Hotel in London. We booked a Loft Room, which was comfortable, spotless and had an excellent hot shower with great water pressure. The bar area was lovely and the cocktails were genuinely fantastic. The team made the stay stand out. Every member of staff was generous, accommodating and really friendly, and special thanks go to Kiara, Brenda and Sue who were all exceptional. Highly recommend.

I am happy that I found a really nice hotel to stay in London, after bad experiences in other places in the past. I love the design at the bar and really nice room, with a very comfortable mattress. Staff is lovely, great cocktails at the bar and very good breakfast. Location, staff, rooms, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

What we mostly enjoyed here was the breakfast. Lovely breakfast room with direct connection with the city through its large windows. More than adequate food selection of good quality. Very good espresso. Room was nice end although small its setup made it feel larger. Location very convenient to explore most of the city on feet.

If your looking for a unique experience this is definitely one to try. With the unique decor. The rooms are lovely and modern with a full glass shower viewing from the bedroom as I'd recommend stay with someone your happy to see you naked. The room also had two Marshall Sound systems in there brilliant touch if you like a dance when getting ready. Self serve tea coffee and iron on every floor. It's a chain hotel with another opening in Notting Hill next year.

I cannot find much at fault with this hotel. On arrival staff made us feel welcome, adding to an already seamless check in process. The Nest room I was booked into was surprisingly spacious, which was a bonus. I hadn't stayed in a room with the shower and toilet installed as they were but I didn't find it as awkward as I felt. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommendations of places to eat local to the hotel - the recommendations were for places I normally would have walked past but I'm so glad I was told about them. Overall, I highly recommend the Ruby Lucy for anyone looking for a place to stay in London.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, a five minute walk away from the London Eye and surrounded by really cool restaurants and bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful and there is a really chilled atmosphere to the place. We stayed on the top floor which had a balcony with great views. It is correct that there are no tea or coffee making facilities or iron in the room and that they happened to be in the galley on which ever floor you’re staying on, but I actually really like this concept And find it really eco-friendly. And the concerns we had that the shower and bathroom were clear glass wasn’t true as there was a privacy curtain, Which was great as my teenage daughter is very shy. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing few days - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I would highly recommend.
