   I find Deep End Pools provide a really good service. I have a regular pool servicing contract with them. They always turn up, are friendly and polite and are always prompt to answer any queries or to help sort any issues. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to worry about cleaning the pool etc.

They took the time to understood our needs & then worked hard to meet them. Brett maintained regular contact to ensure we were ready to meet the engineers needs & to keep us updated. I couldn’t recommend Deep End Pools more highly.

   Matt came out to us yesterday to open up the pool. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain weekly pool care and helped us to fold away the winter pool cover. 5 star service. We will be calling on Matt in the future for any advice and help.

   A broken pump discovered on a Saturday morning, a call to Deep End, a conversation with Rob and within a couple of hours Rob brought and fitted a replacement. Amazing service from a company I have doing business with for nearly 20 years and that example explains clearly why!! Always prompt, knowledgeable and courteous,Deep End is a great business.

   A filter installed by Deep End Pools had become faulty while under warranty. Brett was quick to organise replacement parts from the manufacturer. And Matt who came to install was courteous, competent, and efficient. I am pleased with the good and prompt service provided.

   We had excellent Service and a good price from Just hot tubs/Deep End Pools from Glen, Peter and his team for a new Jacuzzi J235 hot tub we purchased in June this year. Its looks fab and the installation team were great. They booked in the date and delivered when agreed. Great handover from Peter to explain how it all works, and Peter has also been great responding straight away to any further queries we have had. Excellent company and would def recommend!
