Michael and Lucinda at Roman Pools have always done an excellent job of looking after our pool. They are always quick to respond when there is a problem and they ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible. The maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and reliable, and do a fantastic job.

They carried out the original installation and have since provided regular maintenance, as well as responding quickly when the occasional issue has arisen. We tried many companies before, and without hesitation can confirm nothing compare to the quality of service and work from RPS. Lucinda and Rachel are always very diligent in dealing with requests and finding the best solution. Jim and the engineers are very professional and technically qualified in managing any issue. Over the year Roman Pools have been servicing us they managed to deal with any problem, always finding the best and most economical solution. Very well deserved 5 star!

Disappointing service and charged twice when I had to call them out for missing a heat pump failure which should have been properly checked in the first place as part of the routine pool opening service. Also never showed up or followed through with quote for a replacement heat pump. Expensive compared to other Surrey based pool companies. Using a different provider now.
