We had planned to visit this pub tonight but upon arrival we were greeted by 2 bouncers who requested the boys to pay £5 entry but I was free to enter as I was a girl. Aside from the obvious sexism we were disappointed with the overall manor of the security team and will not be returning.
A social place to drink and have lots and laughter! I spend many special memories here sharing the love and excitement with my fiancé. Lots of people we know comes from work here which is very local to them. Along the way we have met and become well known to a lot of the people who frequent here. We spent our birthdays, people’s engagement do’s and also surprise birthdays here. A DJ plays his music on his decks each Fridays. With a dance floor freely to move around on. Lots of room to sit chatting amongst people. There’s two pool tables a boxing machine to test your strength also a few flat screen TV’s to watch all your sports for special sports events. I have even took experienced the social event when watching the football when England was playing. A smoking area with nice seating and well lit up lights. The atmosphere there is very uplifting and welcoming, the bar staff have always been nice to us, friendly and always happy to talk to us. The location is so ideal, close to Manor Park station within 5 minutes walk! They don’t cook food but you can order your own take aways! Also a restaurant next door cooks all various of foods which was so handy, the bar staff even clears up for us, and everyone always helps out the staff which is very nice. Accommodating and welcoming over all! I usually come here on a Fridays as it’s one of the busy nights!
Lovely family run pub with a great atmosphere. Weekend full of dj's playing all genre of music and a karaoke night. Always made to feel welcome by the landlord. Great patrons and a super place to meet up for drinks

We been going to the William for about a year & find it very cosy & family oriented place , very reasonably priced drinks ,it’s family run Pub.. The Sunday Karoake evening is so well organised by Vijay , weather you are a good singer or a beginner or just like listening to Bollywood music it’s the perfect way to spend an evening. I’ve been going to the pub for at least 10 years absolutely great atmosphere-great beers-low-cost drinks excellent DJ nights on Friday and Saturday Sunday-Bollywood karaoke Nights with excellent a professional sound system and host!
It is really safe there! Bartenders are well behaved! All the security officers/Door Supervisors are excellently supportive! The owner Mohsin bhaijaan maintains the happy and peaceful environment there! Enjoyed!!!
Great pub, barmaid Kelsey is amazing, really friendly. All the people there were very nice
