Good spot for nearby ABBA Voyage arena. Breakfast standard English, partner didn't like it, eggs fried to within moment of their life, sausage average and big supply of baked beans. Bacon was fatty, and toast is self service , coffee out of Large flask.

This is the third time me and my husband are staying at the hotel, and it was a terrible experience this time! We paid for a standard double room second time and got a big spacious room, this time around we paid the same price for the same room and got the size of a single room which had absolutely no space! If these rooms are advertised for the same price why is there such a big space difference. We had a horrible room, with dust absolutely everywhere, the shower ventilators have never been cleaned with dust buildup and spider webs hanging from it, the fan in the room is very weak and SO dusty that it blows the dust all over. The walls in the room are cracked so and the sink in the shower had a big crack, it all needs a renovation ASAP! Found a live COCKROACH in the bathroom, which is extremely unhygienic!!! The sheets have been done rushed, all jumbled up and lumpy on the bed, with both pillowcases clearly stained with blood previously. The rooms don’t have an iron, which is a basic need that should be provided instead of having to run and ask at the reception (which gave us a black burnt iron) that shouldn’t even be used as it creates a fire hazard as the clothes stick to it whiles ironing! Very very disappointed this time around, will NOT be returning again. Management please work on all these issues and don’t keep your eyes closed, especially having cockroaches in the room! Disgusting!

Ideal location for Abba Voyage just 10 minutes away by taxi. Friendly & welcoming staff. Room very clean & comfortable but extremely warm even with 2 fans provided. Cost of breakfast very reasonable, great quality, and cooked to order so we were able to request scrambled egg made with oat milk which was greatly appreciated due to dietary requirements. Decaf coffee not being offered was the only (minor) negative during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wasn't great, the room was beyond tiny with me and my friend having to store our suitcases in the bathroom, the door to it was broken. Everything was falling to pieces with most things in the rooms being broken with the card to the room only working half the time. The tv didn't connect to any channels, the WIFI didn't work and the staff were rude and judgemental to us. Though the place it was, was convenient to get to the train station but was definitely overpriced. We were also told we would receive free breakfast but were given a voucher for some money when we arrived. Also the windows didn't shut and other guests were loud, keeping us up all night with opening and slamming doors which beep so loudly which made us feel so so unsafe.

This hotel has good service - the staff are very attentive, it has a comfy bed, good shower, tea and coffee facility and very good wifi!! Good for short breaks and reasonably priced. Will stay there again!

I can only say ok, I was there for one night only and pretty pleased it was the one night. My room was nothing special and it overlooked the main road and the noise of traffic easily got through the windows. The shower was a joke, I couldn’t get the head to fit securely in the sliding adjustable pole and the soap dispenser was empty. I personally would not stay there again

Unfortunate experience. Friendly staff but the rooms were not worth the price for the 'deluxe' family room. Dirty carpets, wall fixtures were falling off, water damage/mould in the bathroom which could be smelled in the entire room (damp), shower head holder was broken and we all had bites on our bodies after staying there which makes me believe there were bed bugs!! This needs to be adressed asap, it is a health and sanitary violation! On the plus side it was walking distance to Westfield Mall and Stratford Station, had a kettle with coffee/tea and hair dryer in the room, 24hr reception.

Great place for a wonderful sleep, close to London City Airport. My flight got cancelled in the middle of the night and I chose this place until the departure of the new flight. Kan was very accommodating and sweet. I absolutely loved the room she allocated to me. Spacious, super clean, good water pressure and not facing the road (exactly what I needed). Thanks to her help I had a wonderful sleep and could recharge my batteries. The gentleman at the checkout this morning was also very friendly. Maybe display the wifi code also in the room. Thanks so much! Noted down as a fantastic choice for a stay!
