   There's mice in the place the water barley works properly I've also seen bugs aswell i found used condoms down the side of the bed, there's always some kind of commotion going on the like arguing and stuff and there's drug addicts that sneak in through the side gate of this hotel, not very hygienic. The manager tried saying i was a liar when I didn't lie about anything at all if anyone is the liar its him he tried saying to me come back after 3 days so I went away came back and then tried arguing with me about it, and don't believe the pictures on google as the rooms look nothing like the pictures at all.

   I’m actually pleading everyone who reads this DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL they don’t do refunds for their rooms that are disgusting trust me you would rather pay extra then sleep here where the beds mattresses are all horrendous and theyr disgusting ite not worth it they argue with you and talk about unnecessary things acting like anything’s your fault when these people have no brain. Please do not book with this hotel at all

   OMG what a terrible place to be. For one , the beds , we had a £60 per night room and the beds were awful. We had to complain about it and they brought a mattress topper and it didn’t make much difference. There was a funny smell as soon as you enter the room. The showers were very bad. You have to run the water for more than 20mins for the hot water to start. Overall the hotel is not a comfortable environment or a nice place to stay. The only good thing about it was the free parking

   The first lie that the hotel told us was before we even got into the building. The sign outside, and even the sign in the picture they used to advertise, says they do breakfasts. They did not, which I found out when I asked what time it would be. Due to the heat, they did give us a fan, but said fan needed fixing (which I had to do myself) before it worked. The mattress I was sleeping on needed replacing a few years ago, as the springs were very obvious, but the mattress gave little to no support. Because the windows didn't open very far, the ventilation was poor and I spent a lot of time in the night struggling to sleep. There was mold in the shower, and the door to the shower was so small that I had to turn at an odd angle just to get in. All in all, it was cheap and apparently I still managed to not get what I paid for.

   I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Stratford/Forest Gate for business trips and this was on the top of my list of stays in East London. Staff had great hospitality services, amazing gentlemen at reception with a great attitude, felt very welcomed and the bed was super comfy. I recommend it!
