   We had a great experience here, staff was friendly and gave some ideas what to visit. Room was big, clean and defenitly suitable for someone who is disabled. We enjoyed the traditional English breakfast and appreciated we could get unlimited coffee, thee, lemonade and hot chocolate. We would defenitly visit again!

   I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom is good size. Staff is very friendly. In the room there is kettle and tea coffee. Tv works fine, internet working with no problems. Staff is very friendly, thank you to all. My flight arrived Stanstead around 22:30, there are National Express busses from Stanstead to Stratford around 14 GBP from Stratford you take a bus only 2-3 stops and you are ar the hotel. I was on a budget so it worked perfectly fine for two nights. There is a 24/7 reception.

   Rooms are small but very well furnished and very clean. Everything throughout looks very new and we'll maintained. The staff are great. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included is fairly simple but plentiful, and good enough quality. The always-available free coffee machine is a real bonus. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby, some shops and restaurants but it's not a going-out destination. Reception desk has snacks available for sale.

   The hotel is small but very nice, the room offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are very kind and helpful. It's not immediately in the centre of London, but buses depart regularly from just across the street and there are train stations about 15 min walk away. In my opinion it's perfect for people traveling solo or in small groups who don't want to/can't spend large sums of money and don't mind a little trip to the city centre. I would definitely visit this place again.

   It managed to meet my expectations. The room was okay, the view could be better, but it's not a big deal. Breakfast was a little bit crowded, but delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not very close to the city center, but manageable. Overall it was a good price-value hotel in London, highly recommended.

   Hotel is very clean and comfortable but let's itself down with silly easy to fix issues. My room was at the front adjacent to a busy road so sleep was difficult. Triple glazed windows would fix. Orange squash at breakfast REALLY how much would fresh orange cost? Only one coffee machine so be patient.

   Had a very comfortable stay at this boutique hotel, the rooms were very clean with good beds and mattresses for an enjoyable sleep. Good breakfast, I would recommend going for breakfast early so there are more tables available. It's great that there is parking available, but do remember to reserve your parking slot as they are limited. Overall a great stay which was well priced with excellent staff.

   Room was nice and clean when we arrived. Check in and check out fast and easy. Friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast. Only thing is. We always had to ask for a toilet paper, because noone ever gave us a new one. Also our room was cleaned only once in three days.

   I have stayed here for three nights in the double room. The room was very clean and nice. The location was also accessible to visit places. They also have free parking and breakfast.    The hotel is exquisite and offers guests a comfortable stay. The accommodation and amenities were wonderful when I stayed here. Even breakfast is provided as complimentary, which is rather exciting considering some hotels charge for breakfast. Additionally, parking is available. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel's location is quite convenient for visitors. The best hotel with top-notch service. Will definitely visit again. Keep going Hotel DC with your best service
