“I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“Our dog stayed here for the first time this summer having never stayed in a kennels before she went in a little nervous but on picking her up you could see she was very comfortable with the staff and her surroundings. The staff were great they all knew her characteristics and behaviours and described her to a tee. They are all very caring and I can tell she's had plenty of regular exercise whilst away and has been very well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate rebooking her here again. Fantastic staff who are genuine animal lovers and fantastic service. Thanks again !”

“Wonderful shop, raw food specialist, and advice given . Especially welcoming to dogs that go into the shop. The owner loves the dogs, my boy drags me there even if I intended just to go for a walk. Great choice of quality harnesses, coats, toys, treats, and all the groomers are great with the doggies.”

“It managed to meet my expectations. The room was okay, the view could be better, but it's not a big deal. Breakfast was a little bit crowded, but delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not very close to the city center, but manageable. Overall it was a good price-value hotel in London, highly recommended.”

“Amazing for the price that was paid. Very warm, and welcome from the host. Walls seemed a bit thin but that didn't take away from the experience. Was pleased with the features on offer, ironing board and iron was not expected, but was there hanging on the wall. Shower not working well, but still worked, and sink filled up very quickly. Although there was some issues it wouldn't stop me returning.”

“I recently joined this practice and have seen all the vets at the surgery, as I have a dog who’s been quite unwell. Every single member of the team has been so lovely and compassionate. They’ve shown real care and gentleness towards my dog, especially considering how anxious she’s become about vet visits. They never push unnecessary or expensive treatments - only what she truly needs - and every time we leave, she’s calm and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them. It’s such a relief to have found a practice that puts the animal’s wellbeing first.”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”
