Went in there on saturday the 13th and bought 2 lovely tops think that might be my new shop frim now on got some lovely clothes in there.x
I would give zero stars if i could. 'Manager' has disgusting attitude and is extremely rude. My little baby sister picked up a blouse and didn't put it away correctly before i could even pick it up to put it back the manager ran over and aggressively took the blouse to put it back. Foreign workers with little or no customer service and i will never be visiting again.
Good for a bargain,good selection of bling summer sandals.
Good little shop, bit hit and miss with stock but good variety of sizes..... Only downside no refund only exchange.
Collection is amazing and prices are reasonable. Staff is alright. I would definitely recommend shopping from here.
Where has customer care gone?? Went to take a gift back which was bought for a Christmas gift and she refused to exchange. Haven't been to Romford since the 24th Dec, when item was purchased! Did not take back before as dont live in the area. Nice to know they care about there customers. If i had treated my customers this way. I wouldn't have any!!
