   I think most of the staff here are great so I would individually rate them 5 stars for them being so friendly & helpful. However, I went to the store this morning and prior to stepping inside, used the sainsburys cash machine outside to withdraw some money. There was an issue with the machine and I couldnt get my cash out. Spoke to the supervisor to explain who was quite short with me, very unhelpful to be told it happens all the time and the money goes back into the account. She is definately new as Ive never seen her before in the 3 years that Ive been going to this store. Plus why wasnt a sign put up on the cash machine, if this is an ongoing issue. Another member of staff (much more helpful) whom I recognised, came out to explain to me properly what the issue was. Rather than customers getting stressed when they cant withdraw money, put a sign up to say cash machine not working!!!! Put me off shopping there today so I went to the one in the brewery.

   Pointless offering a service on Uber Eats when you’re unable to let customers know what is and is not available!! Ordered a delivery because I wanted ice cream - got everything but what I wanted. Waste of space, over valued and sub-par offering.

   Clean and tidy. The Staff are great and the opening and closing times is a great benefit, especially the closing times as most other local shops close early on sundays. The only reason i wouldn't put the star rating higher is the parking. Getting a free parking spot and waiting on the busy road is quite daunting.

   Well stocked for a local, fresh food and bread, always good. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Good selection of cards,cleaning materials and toiletries for a small store.
