   Highly professional and knowledgeable every time. Have always dealt with a lovely lady by the name of Winnie who imo u can't get better than. She's one of the best vets in the Industry and a gentleman by the name of Mike also is very good although I think he no longer practices at this vet group anymore. Top team regardless of who sees u though:-)

   I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.

Any urgency they will always make room for you to see one of the fabulous Vets. Ive been using them for nearly 30 years and my parents used them for years too. Highly recommend. First Class

   Can tell the lady who saw us was a cat lover also very good at dealing with a nervous hissy cat explained everything and made a good plan to try and get her better as soon as possible I would want to have her in future vet visits. thank you I am a worrier and anxious when it comes to my loved ones especially my cat she is my baby and it really helped ease my mind.    Staff are more interested in payment then the animal I still haven’t got a diagnosis for my dog it was a Insurance claim for £600 but still no diagnosis would never use his vets again! Staff Never finish the conversation with you because they always seem too busy for Add to go to smaller vets so it would be more personal
