   Very disappointing and misleading practices at this branch. Served at 1346hrs. Sunday 14th of December. This store deliberately advertises misleading prices on the shelves, clearly to charge customers more at the till. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this happening at this specific branch, which is why I asked to speak to a manager. The manager’s response was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and began scolding me in front of a long queue of customers, telling me to “stop moaning” because she is only a manager one day a week. That is absolutely not an excuse to treat customers so appallingly. If anything, one day per week should still be enough to act professionally and do the job properly — which she clearly failed to do, very incompetent!!! Her aggressive and defensive reaction made it very clear that she was fully aware of the store’s misleading pricing tactics. Instead of addressing the issue, she chose to belittle a customer for pointing it out. In the end, I felt forced to remove the misleading price tag myself to prevent other customers from falling for what appears to be a deliberate scam to increase profits. This kind of behaviour — deceptive pricing combined with disrespectful management — is unacceptable. I WILL BE returning, and I strongly advise other customers to double-check prices and be cautious when shopping at this branch. P.s. - now it’s very clear why they won’t go in line with the other branches and install self-checkouts … cause you’d see clearly how they’re trying to steal your money.

   The security guard was very rude and sarcastic, talking as if we had stolen something because the door alarm was going on/ off, but he kept ringing for everyone entering and exiting the store. We told him he could look in the bag. It's disgraceful to be treated like this in a store I shop at regularly. I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

   Staff are so rude and sarcastic the girl at the counter was smiling and laughing in a sarcastic way trying to tell me she can’t help. Went to see pharmacist in which the liberty store told me to do. I went and explained the situation and they said they couldn’t help even though they could. They couldn’t be bothered to help at all absolutely shocking service. Been left to feel unwell

   Updated Review: I wanted to provide an update since my previous review. My experience with this pharmacy has improved drastically. The issues I mentioned before are now being managed very well, and I’ve noticed a real effort from the team to make things better. The pharmacists are not only efficient but also proactive, even asking if there’s any additional support they can provide. This has made a huge difference, and I’m really happy with the service now. Previous review: Most of the staff here are pleasant. However, the consistent delays in dispensing prescriptions are a major issue, often taking days or even weeks. I frequently have to remind them to order items that are out of stock. Most concerningly, my premature baby's specialized milk, which is her only option, was delayed for over a week. When I first inquired, I was told it needed to be ordered. A week later, I found out it hadn't even been ordered yet. This negligence significantly impacted my baby's diet for days. This level of service needs serious improvement.

   Ii use Boots Pharmacy mostly. Staff are usually helpful and polite. If something is wrong with my prescription, they do call me and try their best to sort it out swiftly. The staff on shop floor keep shelves stocked. I much prefer when there were staff at specific kiosks for help and assistance at times, but overall good.
