   Tricky to find at first! But it's first floor of the Romford Shopping hall. Local shops didn't even seem to know that the Boots here existed. It's a small place but staff were working diligently and politely. I only collected a one off prescription, I might choose another pharmacy if I had to come for repeats as there was a queue, however it was lunchtime when I came.

   Queues out the door, understaffed, never have the prescription ready despite always being told a week in advance by GP next door, never answers phone to check if it is there or not.

   This Boots is located on the ground floor of the brewery in Romford. A good-sized store with the pharmacy located at the rear. Staff seem well trained and knowledgeable. The only problem I have with this store is I can never find the things I want. Not sure if stock is regularly moved around the store or I don't go in here enough to remember where everything is located. On a positive note, this branch never seems to get as busy as the main store in the shopping centre and it has a night medication window for after-hours collection.

   I always get my repeat prescription from this branch, I have never had any problems really to be honest. they send me a text reminder before my previous medication runs out.

   Customer service here is very very poor. I went in today because I have a repeat prescription service set up where they are supposed to text you. I heard absolutely nothing from them. I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes with two members of staff right in front of me. Neither acknowledged me even to say we'll be with you shortly. I was served after another minute only to be told the gp hadn't given them my prescription so they may need to see me. Why couldn't boots notify me that there was a problem and I needed to see the GP? Poor service really, I only use boots pharmacy because they use the same company for my medication every time whereas other pharmacies use different ones and I've had pills that are huge and difficult to swallow and others that break easily and have different colourings in them when I just want consistency with the medication I take.
