   DO NOT buy from here! I placed an order for £91.00 of dog food with a 3-5 working day delivery. 3 weeks later, 4 emails and two live chat (no response form anyone) still no dog food. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and have been refunded. They are robbers!!

   Terrible company. Made cat food order 14 March. No update. Taken money. Emailed and sent them chats , no reply. Tried to cancel subscription as well and again you can't but you need to email them which they don't reply. Please do not use them. I'm also reporting them as in these hard times £50 is a lot of money to lose

   Awful company. I did get my first order through earlier in 2023 but then on my repeat order they haven’t sent it, haven’t emailed me back, I’ve tried contacting them three times and no reply. They have £55 of my money - and I haven’t received my order. I’ll be contacting the ombudsman on Monday. Currently I’d advise DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve seen lots of other reviews similar - and wish I hadn’t continued my prescription with them.

   Awful company. Same experience as other reviewers it seems. Took payment on day of order. No dispatch. No response to emails or messages. Have reported to citizens advice today and will make sure it gets taken further.

   Terrible company, I have been waiting over 3 weeks and still no product has been delivered, my money has been taken and I qualified for fast delivery! They are impossible to get hold of, after I finally got a response via email to say my order would be delivered next day, here I am a week on with nothing still! Do not use this company, possible scam!

   Been waiting a week for my order, can't get any reply, phone number not working and it says my email dosent even exist. Absolutely fuming with this company its a disgrace there is no way of talking to anyone about this I've tried countless times. They will be getting reported to the relevant authorities.

   Really poor customer experience. Clearly gave up trying to get the (relatively simple) order right after two failed attempts. The person we were dealing with (Salman) is no longer replying, but clearly still has time to leave a five star review for his own business.... Will be going down the chargeback/moneyvclaim route to get our money back it seems... AVOID!

   Terrible. Do not purchase anything from here. Purchased cat food and took about a week to arrive (longer than promised). Incorrect items sent = hungry pets!! When e-mailed they said they had been waiting for me let them know I had the wrong order and could I send it back-then I’d get a refund. I waited in (wasting more of my time) and the courier never showed. I’m still waiting for the pet food I ordered, or even a refund. Shocking customer service and a total waste of my time and money.
