   Well done to Tesco Gallows corner. They have somehow managed to employ the rudest staff of all time. Sue. She is rude, miserable and has zero manners. I purchased 15 chocolate boxes for the hospital and 3 pringles. No where did it say any limit on the quantity you may purchase. At the tills when I'm paying she charges over woth no manners and rudely tells me the manager is watching me on camera, I am taking these 15 boxes now but if I ever come back again to buy another box of chocolates I will be stopped from doing so. Other stores are able to display a quantity limit if one exists on a product. Sue counted the number of boxes I had first then miraculously said the limit is 15. I've never bought these from here before and didn't have any intentions on buying again. However, Sue, I accept your challenge and look forward to being stopped.

   One of the larger Tesco Extras in the area. Really well laid out with plenty of stock replenishing. Ample parking spots and lots of parent/child bays which makes life a lot easier for us. Only niggle is traffic around the Tesco has been appalling since the Gallows Corner closure. However won't deduct rating and no fault of their own.

   The manager here wouldn’t let not one of my 4 kids get any Pokemon products. I always wondered why he is so protective of them. Went in other day when he wasn’t (don’t wanna state what date to get the lady told off). But I was finally given some product and the women stated “your lucky he isn’t today (manager) he normally buys these all himself and we can only let certain bits out). Absolute joke, Pokemon is for kids, and lovers of the franchise. But there’s insiders like the manager here who uses it too load up his pockets on the side!

   I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at the shop. Today, I lost my wallet, and the security staff, the customer service ladies, and the lady at the self-checkout till went above and beyond to help me. They carefully tracked my every step, found where I had lost the wallet, and even identified who had taken it. Although I sadly lost the money, the kindness, dedication, and support shown by everyone truly lifted my spirits. Thank you all so much for your help — you turned a stressful situation into one filled with care and humanity.

   Very large supermarket and spacious parking lots with F&F clothing on the first floor, electrical and household small appliances available. Massive products to chose from. Also, there's a petrol station and self-service car wash on site.

   A large tesco with lots of products and convenience as a large tesco should be, no issue here. My BIGGEST ISSUE with this Tesco is that they practically advocate people without kids to park in the child parking spaces. Every time I've been here with guarantee there are always people without kids parking in these spaces, usually spot 3 or 4 people at a time. As much as I would like to educate these people I have kids with me and it isn't safe for confrontation of any kind. This could be an actual career position because of its regular frequency plus something this tesco is aware of and no interest in fixing. Big shame!!

   Avoid shopping at this store! I have shopped here twice and had terrible and distressing experiences both times! I had been given some vouchers from work to help with the cost of living, so I thought the best way to keep track of what I was spending was to use the scan and go option. Both times there was problems at the till and I was basisically accused twice of being a thief and not scanning items! Both times after the staff scanned everything it turns out that we did scan the items and the shopping came to the exact same amount.I feel discriminated against as security were obviously singling me out! This was horribly emotionally distressing and embarrassing and we did not even get an apology from the staff. Fix you're faulty scanning system. I will be taking this further! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

   I had a bad experience here on 24th November 2022 at around 15:10. I had used the scan as you shop facility to do my shopping. After I had checked out and paid, I went round to the kiosk to put the scanner back as it tells you to do. As I did this, a middle aged staff member talks over the kiosk and asks what I am doing in a rather stern tone of voice. I told her that I’m just putting the thing back as you’re supposed to do and she tells me that they don’t go there, once again in an unfriendly tone of voice. I put the scanner back in the slot and by this point I was already upset at how rude this woman was and a possible lack of common sense knowledge. She needs to know that it’s common sense and good discipline to put things back where you found them after you’ve used them.
