   I would give less if it was an option. How can you go to a chemist to collect inhalers that were issued 3 days earlier and still not ready to collect. Also what happens if you do not know your NHS number. All the years working in the NHS I have never heard of such a thing that you are unable to get your script without your NHS number absolute disgrace. Lets hope no one has a severe asthma attack whilst waiting for this lot to get your prescription ready. only just signed up to this chemist but will be changing !

   Came 1240 on a Saturday 22/11. Told “can’t you try another time pharmacy we’re about to close” “isit urgent” “I don’t have regular staff login details so may not be able to prescribe to you” “not my store I’m a visiting pharmacist “ REALLY SLOW, NOT HELPFUL, USELESS PHARMACIST Then made a bunch of excuses not to prescribe to leave on time.

   What is the point of this pharmacy? I just queued for 20 minutes to simply buy some plasters. The slowest rudest staff i have ever seen! Left as i couldn’t bare to wait any longer! Completely ignoring the customers in front of them and slower than snail pace. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!

   Got to the pharmacy for when they open and they had a sign on the door saying that they were short staffed and weren’t opening till 10am. I had arranged to go into work late and also paid to put my children into breakfast club so that I could get there before work. The lady was not very helpful at all. She said she would release the meds that were already dispensed back I into stock and then I would be able to go to any pharmacy and pick it up but she can’t have release them cos no other pharmacy will allowed me to pick them up. So now I have to try and pick them up another day but I am already without my blood pressure tablets.

   I arrived hoping to get some eye cream or drops for my son’s eye issue, but unfortunately, we were 15 minutes early and had to wait outside until 8:30 AM. A lady came to the door and explained that the pharmacy couldn’t open without the pharmacist present, and she had tried reaching him with no luck. I started to feel frustrated waiting for someone who was running 30 minutes late, ( opened at 9am) and to make matters worse, he didn’t even apologise to those of us waiting outside! Ironically, the same woman who told us they couldn’t open ended up handling my situation herself, advising me to seek a doctor’s advice because there was nothing else they could do. It was truly disappointing!

   Always found them to be helpful and considerate. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that sometimes the lack of urgency to the process can be frustrating when you have to pick up something urgently. Again, they’re always lovely still and almost always have what we need in stock (not prescriptions and over the counter).

   I gave my repeat prescription in on Friday. Told to collect Tuesday (today). And they haven't a clue what I'm talking about and ask me to shout across the shop in front of other people what my prescription is! Are you aware of data protection laws?! Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone!! Shockingly unprofessional and their attitudes were highly inconsiderate and unnecessary. Never use them, ever!!
