   Looking at the reviews seems like this just how they normally behave Muhammad Qadir does not have the empathy to be running a pharmacy Disgusting service- told the man I suffer from migraines and work long hours said “ you should be fine” you should be able to manage without any medicine, no empathy what so ever. Inhumane. Sounded bitter he had to work Sunday lol mate your money hungry hence you’re working not because your want to genuinely helps patience. Shame on you

   Refused to return shampoo that is very expensive (double the price from boots) I thought the shampoo is 100ml same as the one i showed in the picture, when i went back home i noticed it’s 60ml when i went back to return the two bottles they refused. It’s not a medication it’s shampoo, and i went back to them in 10 mins and they still refused to return.

   I need to find out how to report this pharmacy i nominated this pharmacy to do repeat prescription the person told my husband after looking at the prescription what insulin is it when the details are literally on the sheet. The pharmacy said we can not do it incase we order the wrong one and its costs us money in other words the person at the counter does not have the medical background to read what and order what medication it is. To top it off this is their job to hand it out not to delicate it another pharmacy because they are scared they will make a mistake in ordering the wrong one and losing money. Is it not common sense to call the people who made the prescription if you can’t read the prescription details. Insulin is a very common medicine this is shocking

   Last time I went there to collect prescription, the clerk went to ask the pharmacist about my prescription, the pharmacist replied 'he is going to have too wait' in a rude manner despite the pharmacy being empty.. Only a few moments later it was ready, the staff on tills are very helpful, I find the pharmacists rude and arrogant.

   Arrogant employee at the pharmacy who think that they can disrespect customers because they have simple degree in dispensing medication and NOT a proper pharmacy degree.

   I honestly don’t know if they are doing this on purpose, mind you we’ve got very sick children in the house, every time we go there with prescriptions they tell us to go way saying “they do not have the medicine”, it’ll be understandable if it was one time or 2 but constantly is already something else. It truly is unacceptable it’s not like they will take responsibility if anything happens to the children, I can’t believe we’ve got people like this working in the medical industry
