Lovely friendly pharmacy. Clearly well-managed as it was stocked with flu jabs when others had run out. Far superior all-round than the tatty unfriendly Boots store down the road.
I walked in to find if I could have a flu jab. I was only hoping to make an appointment and if it could fit in with my break time. But they said they could do it on the spot. I just had to wait a few minutes. Nice person at the counterand nice pharmacist who administered the jab.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had both my flu and Covid jabs here today and honestly didn’t feel a thing! The pharmacist was so gentle, friendly, and professional — it was over before I even realised. The whole team made the experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent care and kind approach
Was kffered a Covid jab on Friday, went online and bokjed in for 9am Monday morning. Very simple booking process. The staff at Manor Pharmacy were very polite and professional. Thank you very much.

Miss the old staff. Been using Manor Pharmacy for years. First time ever shocked by staff attitude. New staff are rude and seem almost uninterested this afternoon.
Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated, I have severe asthma and phone for a emergency replacement inhaler- to be sent to Watford where my college is; as this is my usual pharmacy. Apparently it’s ‘too much work’ for the pharmacist to get a inhaler to a different pharmacy as she refused as the other pharmacy would get paid and she wouldn’t. Not happy at all!!!
I want everyone to know how the pharmacists and their staff at your Radlett Branch have always put themselves out to help my wife to receive one of her medications, which has sometimes been difficult to order. We are very grateful for their perseverance and their kindness.
A couple of weeks after receiving new medication, I received a call from Aby the Pharmacist at Manor Pharmacy asking if all was OK, and offering further help, advice and kind re-assurance.. A shining example of what good caring customer service can be, and how it can alleviate medication concerns for us mere mortals!
