The staff here are very attentive. I find them polite and helpful. Always have the medication in that my partner needs
Never open on time been 3 times now and not open at 9 as it says went past today at 940 and still not open. Why advertise being open when you’re not
Wow wow these guys have been in the pharmacy 2 months. Not entirely sure. What a transformation. We must keep them. Do not take them away from us. Also, service with a smile. Thank you guys
Great pharmacy with excellent service! Misbah was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommend!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every bad review on here is accurate. I am making a formal complaint against them and also changing chemist. It is a death trap, they NEVER have my mother’s medicine on time which she desperately needs for her v serious condition. Customer service is awful they are rude & laugh and smirked at my sister who went in there to explain our mother is disabled and that she is a delivery patient as they denied that she was, then later looked and confirmed she was! They don’t answer the phone or provide an update or even apologies for delays. The management must be poor for the staff to behave this way. In fact the man at the back who the staff claimed was the manager was even smirking and laughing too. Says it all! In a caring profession, but not caring! What they didn’t realise is I’ve worked in law firms for many years and know how to make formal complaints for fun! More importantly, They could be leaving old patients or patients who have no one without medication for too long it’s so dangerous. I advise anyone else who’s had issues with them to make a complaint following the NHS procedure and/or contact their head office too.
This pharmacy has the worse customer service I have ever encountered, one person serving and the rest watching and chatting all while customers wait and wait until you leave. I won't waste my time and money in this shop again. One star but you don't even deserve that.
Our local pharmacy used to pick up prescriptions from the local GP. Friendly staff who give advice on general ailments.
Does the job.....eventually Literally, NEVER answer the phone despite there being several working behind the desk They will ignore your calls or, if you're lucky, they will interact with you via an engaged tone (this is mid ringing so you know they've clicked the phone off) They will glance up at you while you wait in an, ever increasing, queue but not come and serve you Needs a refresher course in customer service
Absolutely despicable,they steal people medications including controlled drugs. (Tramadol and Pregabalin) If you ask for what is yours they complain that you are being rude. They issued 1item out of 16 from a prescription!!! They don’t ask to sign for the controlled drugs despite not being issued to the patient but a young relative. They withhold medication worth of 2 months and if you complain they insult you. 15 boxes of medication not issued despite being on the prescription!?!are they selling those on the black market?? I suppose they can make some good money with the Tramadol and the Pregabalin unless they are Nurse Jackie and sniff those. Very poorly managed. Low levels of staff, noone ever answers the phone, Not a single month in 3 years I had my repeat prescription issued correct and complete.! I had a horrible experience on the 03/10/22. I was talking to the main pharmacist about my missing medication issued by the assistant and the assistant started a foul argument, so unprofesional , unscupulous,rude, low, unqualified,racist, extremely unexpected reaction from someone who is supposed to be suportive and honest with the patients. The attitude that she presented apropriate for a prison cell. So uncaring, people’s life and wellbeing depends on the medication that are being prescribed…staff should be carefull and fully engaged in preparing presriptions. Minus 1Star
Don't waste your time with prescriptions. Too busy chatting to fill them. Male pharmacist is brilliant. But rest of them are terrible. Server/cashier doesn't have a clue what she's talking about. Avoid if you want help in a reasonable time frame
