Took 3 staff members to find a single prescription for one patient while the rest of the customers were left standing
This pharmacy is a joke get your prescription and takes them 4 to 5 days to do just popped in again after days of waiting where they are rude and i can release prescription said its ok i shall run out of pain medication again because of your lack of service and in future i shall go elsewhere dont use this ridiculous shop
If you have mental issues DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY for prescriptions, they were good bit recently they have gone downhill. They turn their ringer on the phone off. So had to walk down there with bad copd, to find out when I asked they were out of stock till JUNE for my medication. They said they were understaffed when dude on till was doing NOTHING, why he couldn't of answered the phone, oh yeah they couldn't hear it, even admitted to turning it off which triggered an episode in me, they still got it turned off next day. Still not got beds now, brilliant chemist not! I must change I hope others aren't like it too. The man staff in there was rubbish when I asked why it turned off, all three went silent and just looked at each other, one even smirked. I had to leave .
Worst pharmacy ever, 30 min free parking won’t cover the waiting time to be served. Also take an umbrella as you will have water dripping on from the ceiling during your wait.
A very clean and tidy shop. My prescription was was ready in about 5 minutes, excellent service. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Plenty of parking outside
Absolutely appalling customer service, a member of staff behind the counter was content to talk to her co workers about drinks then proceeded to check and put away medications whilst an elderly gentlemen and 3 other customers where waiting for service. If she worked for me I would have put her forward for disiplinary action and retraining! Disgusting behaviour!
I understand we all have busy days, but I went in there to collect a prescription, I was in there for 35 minutes, from the second I walked in to the second I left the phone was ringing with no answer, even though the employees was asking people to ring to check if the prescription was ready, the reason for 1 star is after I asked for my prescription i saw staff collect about 6 bags of prescriptions and put them on the side, after 20 min they said here it is even though it was just sat there all that time, I will say staff were polite but terribly organised.
Booked flu jab twice here. Turned up first time and pharmist had gone home, second time they apparently ran out of flu vaccine. Neither time did they take the time to contact me. Really shoddy customer service but luckily my feet can do the walking and go elsewhere feel sorry for people that are reliant on this shop.
Never have the prescription items but don’t tell you this until they’ve already filled half the prescription and it’s too late for you to go elsewhere. My asthmatic son has now been waiting 4 days for his medication because the delivery “hasn’t turned up”. This is nothing to do with the current pandemic, this boots pharmacy is always terrible.
