   We cannot praise all the staff at Greenwood vets highly enough. Andrew, Erin and Medhi looked after our Boston Terrier Beau so well, they were so caring, compassionate and professional, always giving the highest standard of care throughout his 14 years.    I cannot rate Mehdi and all the staff at greenwood vets highly enough. Our dog has recently needed emergency care due to poisoning and they were incredible, as soon as I called they saw him straight away and arranged the weekend care that he needed. Our lovely dog also required surgery due to his crucible ligament, and again they organised his surgery with a visiting surgeon and the follow up care by Mehdi, and all the staff has been outstanding. From the moment you ring the receptionist to seeing the vet, they are all so caring and supportive to you as an owner as well as to your beloved pets. Thank you for all your care and support!

   I have been using this clinic for years. The vets there are amazing Medhi and Andrew.i haven't met the others yet. Today my cat had to have a general anaesthetic to have four teeth out. I was really concerned as he is overweight and therefore was risky. However nurse Andy was so kind this morning when I dropped my cat off and he made me feel confident and so not so worried.

   Today was my first visit, I have moved there even though its a bit difficult for me to get to. I moved there because all my friends have always used them and cannot praise them highly enough. I wanted an independent vet as I have had severe vet trauma from the chain ones. We had Erin and she was absolutely lovely, I felt I could actually talk to her and explain without being put down and told off... I was up all night so scared, but honestly I really shouldn't have been. She was absolutely amazing and now after 14 years with my cat I have actually found a good vet for her! You don't know how much this means! I know I don't have much longer with my princess, but at least I know when the time comes that we will finally be well looked after. Thank you!!!!

   Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!

   We just love Andrew and his team at Greenwood. We have a crazy Weimaraner. He’s a gentle giant - but he’s accident prone and definitely benefits from a confident hand. We moved him to Andrew after some mediocre to poor experiences at a previous vets and have never looked back. It’s the small things - speaking to a knowledgeable Receptionist, always being able to get an appointment, seeing a consistent and highly experienced Vet, feeling like we’ve had good, compassionate care (and all this at a reasonable cost). Never moving vets again!

   A big Thank you to Dr Andrew and the team for sorting out my baby girls teeth! Niuniu is extremely happy now and so playful she has a new lease of life! Her teeth are so white now and the extraction has healed up already. We are all very grateful ^_^

   This the best practice I have ever taken my cat to. You can tell right away how much Andrew loves animals and he does his upmost best for them. He was so caring and patient, and empathetic towards me and my soul cat. I won’t ever forget how much comfort Andrew bought us during a very tough time. We had only been to the practice twice as we just moved to the area and they even took the time to send us a sympathy card after we lost our cat. It honestly meant a lot. Thank you so much to all the team.

   I found poorly hedgehog the other day, I emailed greenwood in the middle of the night and got a response first thing. They treated her that morning, gave her antibiotics and I was able to release her back into her environment later that day. I cannot recommend them enough, fantastic that they support our local wildlife and gave her such good care! Harriet was happy to be home and went straight to foraging when I let her go. Thank you!
