“Our beloved cat Molly sadly passed away last week leaving a gaping hole in our lives. I turned to pets at home vets to arrange the cremation. They were absolutely amazing and sensitive towards me. The service we received was exceptional, the presentation box with the ashes in hand written card the whole experience was first class a very big thank you Vets for Pets”

“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“Max our yorkie is always well taken care of here! All the staff are absolutely lovely and kind. All the vets are soo understanding and always take their time with you and explain everything so clearly! All the reception ladies are all very kind and lovely also! Brooke is lovely and kind also. I always call and get an appointment whenever I need one. My mother doesn’t speak English very well, I always come in to translate and the vets and receptionist always take their time for me, so I can translate. The facilities are clean, and well looked after! They have had a revamp and all the rooms look super new and done up! I see a few comments regarding parking, I never fail to find parking. Either outside the vets or on the roads. Not sure why people are complaining, is not the vets fault you can’t find parking! Very impressed with the service I get here. Max is now 15, he’s a bit old bless him. But we always come here and get the best service! Thank you so much Arden House Ruislip!”

This is the first daycare where I've felt 100% comfortable and able to truly trust my dog's care. The difference they've made to Jeff is remarkable. He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. The team are incredibly professional with excellent communication and genuinely care about each dog's wellbeing. Without K9 Adventures, I wouldn't be able to meet my work commitments while ensuring Jeff gets the exercise and stimulation he needs. Quality daycare like this is so rare. “We’ve been taking Teddy to Plush Pooches for 3 and a half years. Teddy is a Romanian Rescue who is very anxious and nervous and we never thought we would be able to take Teddy to a groomers after his first experience elsewhere. However with the encouragement and professionalism shown by all staff members at Plush Pooches Teddy now goes monthly for his grooming. Teddy has lots of issues with his joints and is always treated with the upmost care. We have and will continue to recommend Plush Pooches to friends and family. Thank you Marie & Team”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

She taught him a series of fun games through which he learnt how to be more obedient and his recall is amazing now! It has been almost 2 years and he is still enjoying the games D taught us. “Boots Ruislip is a good store. I have a question about a particular off counter medicine. Staff was polite and friendly and listen to all my questions and give correct and satisfying answers. Paid parking available outside. Time based restriction available on the parking in front of the store.”
