The shop is well laid-out, and I found all the over-the-counter items I needed quickly. They also have a calm, reassuring atmosphere which is nice when you’re asking for medical advice. Do not use this pharmacy. Yesterday I paid £19.99 for chloramphenicol eye drops that are £9,99 in boots and other pharmacies as I have checked today by calling to find out the price. When I queried the unhelpful lady with absolutely no customer service skills she said the price has increased. This is not the case, and this pharmacy is daylight robbery. Lesson learnt. I will not use this pharmacy again as I don’t believe health care providers should cheat people out of money, especially in these hard times!
Rude unapproachable staff. I’ve visited this pharmacy a few times and every time they are very unfriendly and rude. When I’ve visited Ive been the only customer in the pharmacy but it still seems like it’s a lot of effort to be served. My last lot of medication had incorrect labels that did not tally up with the prescription instructions from the doctor. Becareful when using this pharmacy.

WOW talk about ripping locals off...£12 for hand gel...£2.50 for 30 Paracetamol. you should be ashamed for exploiting Covid19. Apart from that I 'used' to like them.
