Not knowing what to expect and being somewhat daunted by the appointment I was instantly put at ease by Dr Chakravorty, who was calm and warm and so kind. Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly. “Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”
