I have been using this pharmacy for over 30 years and always get good, polite, efficient service. They go out of their way to help. I just got my flu jab and the staff and pharmacist were pleasant, helpful and reassuring.
What an absolute gem of a pharmacy…. In particular their weight loss clinic which is so supportive and so much more effective than DIY! Also mega-easy to get vaccinations, sometimes as a walk-in. Friendly, well stocked and extremely knowledgeable pharmacists. I can’t recommend them enough.
I was transfered to the pharmacy by my GP. Went into side room for consultation. I was made to feel relaxed the staff are friendly. I find this pharmacy are always very helpful.
I had booked to have the ‘flu vaccination yesterday, (2nd Oct) on arrival was offered the Covid vaccination too. It was busy but the queue quickly moved and I was happy with the result. The staff are very efficient and friendly . Thank you.

We had the COVID booster, they were super, didn't even feel the needle and the whole thing took ten minutes from entering the shop to leaving
BEWARE!! I went to buy DayNurse capsules and upon walking out of the pharmacy I noticed the pack I was sold was incredibly short-dated with expiry date Aug/2022. I don’t take medicines very often and usually a pack of medicines can lasts me around 6 months. I immediately walked back into the pharmacy and explained I wanted an exchange for a longer dated pack. The staff took over 10 minutes thinking about and discussing the matter before they said they were unable to exchange the product. The counter assistant proceeded saying there was no way a product could have been sold that was short dated. I was surprised by this as she went on further implying I was lying. Even alluding to this felt utterly humiliating because the item value was very low. Following this I became really upset and asked them to contact their manager, and after a further 10 minute wait the manager said they would give me a 10% refund (ie 75 pence). It’s embarrassing. I didn’t take the refund and was so dissatisfied with the way I was treated for the 20 minutes I spent in this place.
Attended the covid vaccination centre in Stockley Park run by this pharmacy. The process was efficient but staff insisted on mask wearing despite there being no evidence that masks have done any good at all since the covid epidemic began. There is no legal requirement to wear masks.
Went to stockley park today for my covid booster. This service is operated by Howletts pharmacy. My appointment was 08:45. The key holder didn't turn up until 08:47 Said he'd open up so we could sit and get out of the cold. This never happened. He opened the door at 08:52 and said it's going to be a wait as they have to prepare the vaccines. He finally opened the door to let us in 1at a time just past 9am. There was over 20 people waiting in the queue outside in the cold Very bad service
