   Our beloved cat Molly sadly passed away last week leaving a gaping hole in our lives. I turned to pets at home vets to arrange the cremation. They were absolutely amazing and sensitive towards me. The service we received was exceptional, the presentation box with the ashes in hand written card the whole experience was first class a very big thank you Vets for Pets

   The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the store. The aisles were well-maintained and stocked with a wide variety of pet supplies, toys, and accessories. It was clear that the shop took great care in ensuring the comfort and well-being of the animals they housed.

   Normally, I am impressed with their service. Always offering to give advice and tips whenever purchasing the fish. This time sadly, this was not the case - I was met with an older staff told her the fishes we wanted to purchase - was very honest. She was rude and abruptly refused to serve us the fish stating they cannot sell the fish. I quote a one fish must have at least 60L of fish tank space. Not being funny, the fish tank in the stores are smaller than my tank and they certainly have over 10 fishes - a little rich coming from them. It felt like she wanted to leave immediately.

   We’re about to collect our first pet ever, a beautiful cat from RSPCA. We headed to Pets at Home in Ruislip this evening for all our essentials. The wonderful Melanie Meyers was there to help us with all our questions, needs and allayed our fears. A brilliant experience thanks to the wonderful Melanie - we left all clued up, with the app and discounts and all stocked up!!

   I had a motorcycle accident and was struggling to look after my 2 bulldog puppies with my injuries, I visited the Ruislip store in a bit of a state and asked an assistant for some advice on how to calm my dogs down, the lovely lady listened to me and called over a staff member called Melanie. Melanie is such a lovely lady she helped me out so much regarding how to calm my puppies down what’s best for them and me. She not only helped me on the best way to take care of the pups but also gave me a massive amount of information on products and services that I could do to take care of my pups. She really went above and beyond to help me, she came to the car and met my pups, she really is a outstanding person and an absolute credit to pets at home. I will only visit the Ruislip store from now on. Herself and her colleague helped me out so much 5 out of 5 stars for outstanding customer service.
