   My mother paid a deposit of £50 for a treatment which she was told that could be redeemed for another treatment or reimbursed if it was not suitable or it did not go ahead. She attended the address given prior in Ruislip, once arrived she could only see houses and took a photo which was then sent to Dr Shaz and she confirmed she was outside the correct place which was a residential address with no signs nor staff which looked extremely suspicious. She was told it was a GP surgery prior but if it was there would have been signs of that. She waited for a while and took a picture of the place and called Dr Shaz but she didn’t answer until my mother had left. She explained that she wasn’t comfortable, the place was far away and obviously not attended and she felt unsafe and was very clear in communicating this through. We asked for a refund to which we received very rude messages, refusal to refund the money and was blocked. Extremely unprofessional.
