   A very disappointing experience at Asda today. There was a large banner at the entrance stating that if you spend £50, you receive £10 off. I ended up spending around £70, expecting to receive the £10 discount as advertised. However, the customer-service staff told me I needed to download the app first in order to claim it. After downloading the app, the very same person then said the offer might only apply to clothing. This was never stated on the banner, and it felt completely misleading. To be honest, I had only come in for a bottle of milk, but because of Asda’s unclear promotion, I spent an extra £60 unnecessarily. It comes across as a bit of a trick. On top of that, even the milk was inconsistent — some bottles were filled nearly a third less than others. Very poor experience overall. This is Asda.

   Great experience at Asda South Ruislip. The staff we’re very friendly and helpful; they even gave the children a Halloween treat! We ate in the cafe before shopping, which the kids loved, and fantastic for £1each and happy, full-up kids whilst shopping. The clothing, home and toys sections were very well stocked. I finally found school clothes in my sons size after looking in a couple other big supermarkets locally with no luck!

   The staff at the self check out are very rude, and they only watch certain people, I was paying for my items at the self check out,and the lady became behind me,and started watching while I scanned my items, she then started throwing my food out of the bag, checking to see if I paid, and did not apologise,this is not there job, why are they acting like security guards. I do not like coming to this store.

   The store is spacious, well-stocked, and clean. There's a wide range of products from groceries to clothing and household items. Prices are competitive, and there are often good deals available. Staff are generally friendly and efficient at the tills. Parking is easy and convenient too. A reliable place for one-stop shopping!

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local ASDA supermarket, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, pantry staples, household items, or specialty products, they had it all. The variety was impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed in one place. I particularly appreciated the quality of their fresh produce and the extensive selection of international foods. What truly made my visit memorable was the staff members' exceptional attitude and willingness to assist customers. The employees were not only knowledgeable about the products but also approachable and ready to lend a helping hand. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction I had. In conclusion, my visit to my local ASDA supermarket was a delightful experience. The great service, wide range of products, and friendly staff members made it a truly enjoyable shopping trip. I left the store feeling satisfied and with a cart full of high-quality items.    Stuff is often out of stock. Tills are ALWAYS busy and never enough staff. Cafe is nice, loos clean ish. Clothing department is good for women and girls but boys section is tiny and messy. Men’s section is even smaller and rather pointless. Dates on food are normally decent and fresh is good. Plenty of parking. It’s very busy but should be better stocked with more staff to help out

   To whom it may concern, I am absolutely shocked at the way I was spoken to by the manager on duty called Alex. On the picture as you can see the product is marked for any 2 for £8. As I went to my car I realised I was charged incorrectly. When I returned it was confirmed there were 5 items in total which Alex claimed was left by customers, which is highly unlikely as they were neatly dressed on the bottom shelf. What infuriates me more is that he said we don't know if you may have left them there. So at this point I decided to refund them as I do not publicly shout or brawl and I requested that they check the cctv for your own reference. I have the relevant details and pictures to proceed with a higher complaint should I not be compensated for wasting an additional 15-20 mins and accused of putting the products on the shelf to be told sorry we can't honour the price even though its on the shelf clearly marked. At this point the colleague who was dealing with the ambient goods ran to remove all the products. As a senior retail manager I know this is not the correct protocol. I will be awaiting a response and reasonable outcome. In due course I will not be publicly shaming my experience on social media until I hear back with a detailed response to why this has been allowed to happen? For the sake of the amount to honour which should have been done from a legal perspective. This could cost more than what the initial resolve would have been worth. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

   I shop here quite regularly and find pretty much most of the staff here knowledgeable. Except yesterday when I asked a team member a question about opening times he repeatedly pointed at another team member. Confused I repeated the question and he just kept shaking his head and pointing at random team members who were busy. I should add that when I had initially tried to get his attention he turned his back to me! Anyway he waved over a lovely lady team member and I asked him why he called her he couldn’t answer. So he didn’t know the answer to store opening time nor answer any other questions. Anyway what transpired was that he truly had not understood what I was saying due to English not being his first language which is no problem at all but not helpful for shoppers with questions and he was new.. Maybe a little more training is required?? Anyway the lovely other lady team member who was working on the self service check out was able to answer my questions. Overall a nice store with good staff.

   Busy. Car park was busy, but found a space quite easily, doesn't help when some people don't follow the signs! The store was clean, and the shelves were well stocked. Got served quickly. Used the toilets, which were not very clean, floors quite wet, toilet tissue on the floor, plus one toilet blocked.

   In general staff is really friendly apart from those of the coffee shop who definitely seem they don't enjoy what they are doing and they are unfriendly. For example, today(11-11-2022 at 13:00), there was a waiter around 60s that was trying to get rid of me and serve other people. Beyond that when I ordered an espresso he tried to charge me £2.45 and then £2.15 although the price in the menu was £1.60. I mentioned that and then a female colleague of him came and confirmed the real price. It's not the first time when I visit the coffee shop when some members of the staff trying to charge me more for no reason and they are rude.
