I am a new patient to this dental practice, was very happy and impressed with the team! Very lovely staff at reception and Dr.Sapna was great and helpful :) Overall positive experience!
I cannot recommend Dentistry at 388 enough. All the staff are always incredibly helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Dr Patel is excellent and so are his assistants. I have had invisalign done and he has always been very friendly and professional. I have excellent result and would recommend him to anyone. The dental hygienists are the best I have ever had. They are thorough and it is completely painless. The reception staff, however, need to adjust their attitude. They are never warm or friendly despite my numerous appointments with the practice. They are really unhelpful when trying to rearrange appointments and are generally quite blunt. If you can forego their attitude then this practice is worth it for the excellent dental work.
Dr Rik Patel , Is a very caring helpful and gentle dentist in whom I have full confidence. He has always been kind to me with my dental problems and I would highly reccomend him .
Went for treatment for my daughter (5 year)Dr Sapna has been amazing with her skills. It was an absolute painless treatment . Very kind and gentle throughout the treatment . Can’t thank enough ! Her assistant was also very nice throughout the treatment.
Great service lovely staff and very professional, couldn't ask for a better dentist to be honest. Only downside is no wheelchair/Buggie access.

Excellent service, I have done filling work and check up on my teeth, Miss S Desai was amazing, she explained the procedure and went through the xrays. I am pleased with their friendly service and would certainly recommend them.
