   Gave 1 star as couldn't give any less.There is always an issue of one sort or another when I have had dealings with this pharmacy. They do not deserve the monopoly that they have with receiving the vast majority of prescriptions issue do from the adjoining doctors.My advice would be to nominate an alternative pharmacy on your records - there are many alternatives more deserving of your business.

   This chemist gets my grandfathers dosette box wrong almost every week. We have been back twice this weekend as they have gotten it wrong back to back. We are talking about insulin and steroids for cancer treatment. Things he can easily over dose on. You cannot trust them to do their jobs so please check your elderly relatives prescriptions.

   I have today arranged with my Doctor to change from this pharmacy to the Boots Ruislip High Street Branch for future prescription collections for myself and my partner as yet again I have stood in a queue for half an hour (and no I am not exaggerating) as the staff try to locate made up prescriptions for customers without success.

   On many occasions, I have had corse to be dissatisfied with the service I have received from this pharmacy. Today is yet another occasion were I was spoken to as though I was a child when I asked for help,after being reassured by a previous pharmacist that they .could help met that day

   Dispensers are working really hard at all time with a really quick response to the customer needs . Unfortunately I waited more than 20 minutes for my prescription to be checked by one of the pharmacist during one of my visit in the afternoon this week .

   This particular boots pharmacy delivers constantly all negative experience. Ladies seem to have all the time in the world to even acknowledge your presence. When it happens, they have eternal problem finding your prescription, claiming that it is not there, or the system is faulty, or the doctor did not send it because "sometimes they just don't send the prescription until later..." Then, after a long and painful wait (and a trip to the doctor's surgery to ask about the prescription- it's been send over a long time ago) the prescription has been found among other prescriptions right there on the side. It was enough to check. It is not the first time...so one star it is.
