Booked and paid for a room in advance through a website the accommodation canceled with no explanation three days before due to go. Still advertising rooms but now at a higher cost. Not reliable DO NOT BOOK Unreliable put us in a difficult position having to find alternative accommodation last minute
Cancelled two weeks before we were due to go. Requested that I made the cancellation to avoid affecting his statistics and refused to answer when I said it was his responsibility. .Book with caution!!!!!!
Badged as a B & B...fruit, water & a few drink sachets plus porridge pots with hot water in the room Very basic to say the least...4 rooms 1 shared bathroom. Live & learn, booked as easy access to the underground for Wembley...
The bedroom was clean but small. The bed was a 3/4 size not double as advertised. Breakfast to go was fine, but despite being 2 of us there was one apple and one porridge. Couldn't quite fathom that one out. The light had 2 or 3 bulbs out. There was no USB sockets which is very odd in this day and age. The bathroom was huge and very clean. However, no non slip surface in the bath or grab handles. Risk if slipping for an older person rather high. Location good for us.
We didn't get the room advertised and the bed in the room we got was not a full double! Instead of an en suite bathroom we had a shared one. The property was wonderfully clean and brilliantly positioned. Just a shame we didn't get the right room!
A Very Pleasant Experience + The property was clean and organised and comfortable everything was in order the welcome snacks were lovely completely met expectations and an amazing central location to everything having its own secured parking was a bonus good value for money highly recommended
