I came here to pick up my click and collect order a few times . I was waiting for more than 20 min just to get someone address (and another 15 min to get my order) me even though it was not busy. Worst service . The Machine doesn’t work either.
Not a bad shop but now they have made their car park 2 hours stay only. I usually spend in that shop between 2 and 3 hours when I visit. As I have done this time, not being aware that they implement new parking rules. So the last shopping cost me £60 fine as I overstayed by 12 minutes. Not happy at all, better signs needed when you change the rules, I had no idea about new parking rules, neither have I seen any notices.
Dear TK Maxx Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store today. I regularly shop at TK Maxx and often spend over £200 per visit, as I also purchase items for my café. During my recent visit, I attempted to return a pair of hoop earrings which were clearly faulty. The earring did not click shut and would fall off with the slightest touch. The staff member assisting me also tried multiple times to secure the earring and confirmed it would not close properly. As no replacement was available, I simply requested a return. The colleague serving me was helpful and understanding, however when she called the manager (Amani) to authorise the return, the interaction became quite unpleasant. Despite being shown the issue, Amani seemed dismissive and implied that I was being difficult. And she said she’s closing it just fine. I explained that it looks like it’s closed but as you can see with the slightest touch it comes off. She then sighed and told the staff member, within earshot, “I can’t be bothered to argue with her, just return it.” I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction, so this response felt both unnecessary and disrespectful. I was returning a genuinely faulty product, not trying to obtain anything unfairly, and there was no reason for a manager to speak in that manner to a customer. I would appreciate if this feedback could be addressed. I believe customer experience should be valued, especially when customers are both loyal and reasonable. A reminder regarding professional communication and customer courtesy for management staff would be appropriate in this instance.
Amany is a real asset to the company. My father visited yesterday seeking advice about a purchase, and she provided him with all the information he needed, along with thoughtful recommendations. This was followed by phenomenal service throughout. He asked me to help him write this review because his experience was so positive, despite not usually leaving reviews. Thank you for giving him such a memorable experience.
I have been visiting this store for years now, I am regular customer. This store has a wide range of selection and keeps changing decor from time to time. However the romanian staff employed in this store are rude, unknowledgeable and speak their own language infront of the customers.
My fave store, good home section too. Can usually find a bargain or few. If you see something you like buy it straight away or you won't see it again. Returning items is easy enough as long as you keep the receipt.
One of the place to get unique dress and find different designs is T.K max. Guys it is just fun to go there. However I am not alway getting what I am looking for.
TK Maxx in Ruislip has lot of variety items like men/ women's clothing (New & clearance both) Shoes for both gender and they have new summer collections. I liked their homeware like bathroom accessories, bed room decors and kitchen accessories as well. I have never seen a deli counter before however they have selection of sauces and snacks which is cool. My wife was impressed with kids and infants collection of clothes and few toys. I will suggest to use the online click and collect service to find more variations as well. Overall our experience was ok lot of people in the shop I felt they should have manned number of people entering. Great things there is no restrictions for parking you also visit other shops in retail park. The staffs were helpful. Enjoy and happy shopping .
