   This is my local pharmacy, but gave up on using them for repeat prescriptions or anythnig else - whatever you need, no matter how common the medication might be, they are always out of stock and can never provide any guidance for how long it would take to get things in. Regularly added days to even simple prescription requests. It became a real problem when my mum was battling cancer and needed medication without delay. Ended up switching our repeat prescriptions to Ruislip Manor Pharmacy, which never has the issues Nu-Ways has with things being out of stock and/or unavailable. Sadly, they are best avoided unless you are able to wait a week for any medication you need.

   Super rude unprofessional people. The main pharmacist or owner keeps trying to sell you things or is just down right rude if you come in for prescriptions. The female older Asian women shows no discretion when coming into collect meds. And makes your business known to everyone in the shop.
