   The experience at this pharmacy was disgraceful. The guy behind the counter refused to give me ibuprofen for my endometriosis out of spite, saying I needed to have a prescription even though the product is there on the shelf for everyone to pick up. Absolutely disgusted by his behavior and incompetence. He shouldn’t be working with the public when he has no idea what he’s talking about.

   One of the worst experience I have ever had,I had sore throat for three days and I have been in hillingdon hospital in afternoon ,they suggest me to take medicine from boot near my home, I have been in boots on Ruislip and ask for doctor , first of all they did not greet me well at all which is fine , than a lady named Shaila took me to the check up room and after checking my temperature only she said I can’t give you medicine because your problem is bot so big , than i ask a simple question so you will wait until people die why can’t you give me medicine after I spent 4 hours in queue and suggested by them , she replied me that “don’t worry you are not gonna die because of sore throat “ . I felt shame on humanity after listening to her .

   Boots Ruislip is a good store. I have a question about a particular off counter medicine. Staff was polite and friendly and listen to all my questions and give correct and satisfying answers. Paid parking available outside. Time based restriction available on the parking in front of the store.

   It’s a reasonably large boots store. I was served by a staff member who was very polite, respectful and welcoming. The reason for not leaving 5* is only because of practical issues related to parking, which is understandable when shopping in high streets .

   Don’t bother going here for a prescription. Never have anything in stock. Save yourself some time and go to an independent pharmacy. Also never open on time and often close before the time they say on the door.

   unreliable store. they claim the shop onens at 9am but only if the pharmacist bothered to show up for work in time. 20 past 9 the store was still closed....
