This website is out of date. It offers services they dont provide which frankly is very poor. Carly has left the country yet still advertising her services. Do your job, webmaster, and update the site!!

This vetinary practice is the best for personal friendly people. Our very sick cat was given a good return to a comfortable life with their help.

Alex and his team are simply exceptional. After three long years of trying to secure a diagnosis for my dog's lameness with a number of apparent top UK veterinary specialists (which I will leave unnamed), Alex identified my dog's problem at our first consultation. The treatment plan and patience we have received is unparalleled. Alex and his team really care about animals...and their owners - profit is not their sole focus as it appears to be with other specialist vets. Their pioneering treatments, kindness and professionalism have been life changing for me and my sheltie. Thank you Alex, Alison, Hannah and the team - we love you all.

Great vets at Chiltern Referrals. The sorted out my little dog. He has allergies and they are hopeful medication will help him. Everyone in the surgery are so friendly and caring, my little dog was calm

I highly recommend Chiltern referrals. We've been taking our French Bulldog Barney there for his allergies. Thanks to Carly we now know the causes and are doing well to keep him settled. I must say ALL the staff are fantastic, so kind and helpful and it's much appreciated.

I was told by two other vets that my dog had a likely case of hip dysplasia (non specialist but had genuine care) and this led me to over Googling and become somewhat determined in thinking he needed surgery. However luckily my specialist vet (Mr Alex Li) was extremely knowledgeable and aware that perhaps it was more of a muscle strain. It did take four months For my dog to recover and during that time he had laser therapy and saw a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist was also very knowledgeable in suggesting that she supported the vet in his diagnosis and not to act to rashly. The physio (Hannah) actually had suspected it was a leg injury and the vet was professional and humble enough to liaise with her to make a cooperative decision. Overall all the unnecessary stress that I gain from google was not actually necessary and I’m very thankful that my dog did not have to do the surgery. So I would like to thank you for giving Kumar the best treatment but also for putting up With all my additional questions and being patient enough to answer them. Luckily we had insurance and we were able to claim through the vets which made the whole process a lot more easier during these difficult times and for that I’m very appreciative.

After my girl had a bodge surgery from another VET, Chiltern took on her case and are amazing, still a way to go with her recovery but what has been done so far i can not fault, highly recommend :-)

My dog Murphy had his cruciate ligament repaired by Alex Lai a few months ago. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the care we both received. The nurses were so amazingly kind. I was far more worried than Murphy but the staff really put me at ease. Murphy breezed through his op and made a completely full recovery within 12 weeks thanks to Alex who is unbelievably skilled. The fact that Murphy still enjoys visiting the Practice speaks volumes. I cannot recommend Alex, and the nurses highly enough. Thank you all.
