   I'm a little late in leaving my review, but I keep thinking how much I need to recommend Lily's Luxury Retreat, so ~4 months later I have sat down to write this! I truly cannot speak more highly of Lily's Luxury Retreat. Luxury is the ultimate word. Our cat Henri is 19 years old, disabled (on 3 legs) and has daily medications, so we were so worried about leaving him when we went away on holiday. The staff were nothing short of incredible!! They adapted his pen to make it suitable for him, as he cannot jump high. They gave him his daily medications with ease, and most importantly to us - they spent so much time with him. He was a little unsure the first day and wasn't eating, but they spent so much time with him and hand-fed him that he relaxed and even embraced his stay. This attention to detail and going above and beyond to really make sure that he was comfortable, healthy and happy is unmatched. This level of care is hard to find. Furthermore, they even emailed me with daily updates and photos and videos to reassure me that he was well! I couldn't recommend them enough, (especially for cats that require specialist care) and I will definitely be booking again when we go on our next trip!

   We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Lily’s Luxury Retreat. My indoor cat, Delilah, stayed here for a week. I was quite nervous at first, as she’s 13 years old and hasn’t been in a cattery for over 8 years. But I needn’t have worried – the care she received was outstanding. We were sent regular photo updates, and it was clear that Delilah was being treated like a little princess. The team went above and beyond, not only making sure she was comfortable but also spending quality time with her, getting to know her likes and dislikes so they could give her the best possible care. Lily’s is more than just a cattery – it’s a true cat hotel. Thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly caring, they really put my mind at ease. Delilah will definitely be coming back for another stay, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you again – you were simply the best!

   Louise and her team looked after our Lily for a month while we were away on holiday. This was Lily’s first stay there. I wouldn't consider an alternative knowing how fabulous it is - our previous cat had also been a well-cared for guest. Being away for so long was tough for me, being separated from my gorgeous best girl! But I was reassured with plenty of photos and updates and reports of her inquisitive ways and happy, settled, affectionate antics. Would absolutely recommend to pussycat parents for their special little people.

   My cat tammy has had her second stay at this cattery. I would not put her anywhere else.now.staff do grooming sessions and play sessions.    Having a cat or indeed any pet is akin to me, as having a child. They are all precious gifts, I would only entrust another person or organisation that had the same expectations, values and standards as myself, if not higher. From the moment I viewed Lily’s Retreat in 2020 & met Louise I knew this would be the perfect place to leave my cat after lockdown. Almost four years on I have to say I haven’t been disappointed an iota. She is loved, cared for, pampered, fed & watered perfectly. I know this as when she returns home she comes back as a very happy bunny.

   I am so glad we found this 5* cat hotel - I can honestly say, I was a bit worried about leaving my kitten of 7 months, but Louise certainly spoilt her rotten! She also sent me photos and updates almost every day which was lovely and very reassuring to see how settled she was. The Cattery is in a beautiful setting in Chalfont St. Giles, Bucks, and the ‘pens’ are spacious light and airy. Louise ensures all the cats have ‘play time’ several times a day. Booking on line is very easy via a very user friendly website! (I’m not at all techy). All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this home away from home for your feline friends.

   One of the hardest things when planning a trip away is deciding who will look after your furry family member. Thankfully we don't have that problem anymore because Lily's retreat really is a home away from home for our cat. We know that he will be looked after and cared for just as well (if not better!) than when he is at home. Regular updates with photo's/video's from Louise put our minds completely at ease and allow us to properly relax. It is very clear to us that Louise really cares for her guests and understands them only as a proper cat lover can. Lily's retreat is our preference every time - we cannot recommend highly enough.

   My cat stayed at Lily's for the first time and he had a fantastic time! He was wonderfully well cared for, with LOADS of space and very clean. He will definitely be staying there again! Theo then stayed again last year. Louise and David had him for several weeks at short notice and even extended his stay. They kept us updated and he was very happy and well cared for. We can't thank them enough for their help looking after him.

   My little furry friend has just had his second stay at Lily’s Luxury Retreat. I don't have experience of other catteries, but I can say that I have total confidence in the care and professionalism that I've experienced. The accommodation is roomy and comfortable. The communications are amazing, including regular email updates and photos. Above all it's clear that everyone involved loves the cats. We owners fret when we have to leave our precious cats behind, but I feel very confident that my cat is is in very good care.

   So pleased with the quality of this cat hotel! I was apprehensive leaving our Willow for 3 weeks but it was like a pampering holiday for her. Having visits for playtime and brushing 5 times a day she was happy and healthy when we picked her up. An extra amazing bonus was getting emails a few times a week with photos and videos, really lovely for my daughter's peace of mind. It's a bit more than the standard cattery but well worth it. Thanks to Louise and all the family at Lily's :)
