   I took my cat Cali in today for his yearly checkup and booster, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Rory Cowlam — who looked after him — was incredibly sweet, kind, and gentle … exactly what Cali needed, as he was very nervous. He didn’t even flinch when he received his booster shot, which says a lot about how calm and reassuring Dr. Rory was. He was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to recommend helpful products for my cat’s dental care, then promptly followed up by email just as he’d promised. The whole process — from booking to appointment — was quick and easy. No long three-week waits just to be seen, which is such a relief. Pickles Vets truly offer a wonderful service. I especially appreciate their yearly membership, which includes boosters and all standard services (with medications being the only extra cost). It gives me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

   Simply put, Pickles are the best Vet we’ve ever had in London. Cannot recommend them highly enough and we’ve been through it all - chronic illness and an operation for our dog, through to handling the passing of our beloved family cat - all done with the utmost care and sympathy. Booking an appointment is easy with the app, and follow ups are quick, prescriptions are hassle free. Thank you everyone and especially Rory, Emily & Clare, for eveything.

   Pickles is simply the best veterinary surgery we have ever used. Both of my animals (and one is a cat) are really happy to visit. My dog gets sooo excited when we get near to Pickles in Fulham. Stacey is a wonderful, friendly and efficient person on Reception. Clare is a caring and fantastic nurse. All of the vets support staff are just so lovely, and the atmosphere in Pickles is relaxed but ultra efficient. Dr Alice FR has done just brilliant surgery and medical assessments on both of my animals - cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.

   In the time since we have been with pickles, we have received nothing but the highest quality of service from a vet practice which we could ask for. They all genuinely care about animals and the work that they do. Particular mention for Richard and Nick on the management side of things who were both welcoming and helpful. Dr. Rory is the best vet we’ve had to date and we feel safe leaving our precious Nugget in his capable hands. It’s a well thought out concept and space they’ve got in Fulham which we are more than happy to travel more than an hour to from East London for their incredible service. Highly recommend Pickles :)

   It is impossible not to feel immediately connected to what led the foundation of Pickles but more importantly is when you can actually feel it and experience it! The membership model is great and our first visit with Sunny was amazing, with an overwhelming positive energy and extremely welcoming, caring and professional team. Highly recommended!

   Great new vet practice. We had a very thorough first routine check-up appointment with very helpful advice on how to manage certain conditions. And the next day our dog required urgent care and was taken care of within 15 minutes of us calling - with the anaesthetist, nurse and the consultant ready and waiting. Great care, very gentle approach. Highly recommend.

   Fantastic vet with an amazing business model geared to modern day pet owners. Our lab pontouf went in for a general check up and because he had some irritation on his paws due to a food allergy. We were welcomed into a bright and clean space and seen right on time. The care he received was caring and insightful and we were provided thorough explanations for all recommendations provided. Can’t wait for them to launch their app which will make vet visits even more convenient. I had been waiting for them to finish renovations of the new space and open for several months - and it was well worth the wait. As a pet owner - it’s worth the commute from anywhere in London to see this great vet.
