Very good service, it was a first visit with my new kitten and the vet i saw was very kind and the receptionists were very nice also. The vet answered all my questions and was very gentle with my kitten and explained everything to me.
Excellent service from very experienced vets. We were extremely appreciative of the expertise and time taken to explain and reassure us about our new kitten. Very sensible approach. It’s just a shame that we live far away from here, otherwise we would absolutely register our pets with this surgery. We were very impressed at their ability to arrange a cancellation appointment at short notice. Also a big thanks to Jelena who was very understanding of our anxieties around our pets! I strongly recommend this practice to everyone! I called today regarding my dog leg problem, the receptionist was lovely! However I booked appointment online and I was really glad that I found slot for today. First time I felt heard and understood. Niamh was really kind, helpful and gentle with my dog, she explained everything clearly and thankfully by her my dog wasn't stressed. If we will have any future problems with our dog, we will definitely come back. Thank you for your help and great service!
The receptionist was very welcoming. The Vet Isidro was really professional and caring he explained in detail the treatment for my dog. He gave us very helpful advice to help her to get better and prescribed the right medication, My dog is getting much better, so glad we are registered there. I fully recommend Mitcham Veterinary Thank you.

Everyone at Mitcham Veterinary Surgery has been amazing. They are kind and caring and I can always get an appointment to be seen quickly with my cats. I was a new cat owner in February and found out in march one of the cats I had was very very pregnant! A total shock but everyone at the surgery has been so helpful with advice! Thank you for helping to keep Cookie, Luna and Chip in good health! I cannot recommend them enough :)
